تعد ظاهرة الارهاب المتزايدة في العالم من اخطر اشكال التهديدات الامنية التي تواجة الدول لانها تستهدف في جانب مهم منها امن واستقرارومستقبل مجتمعاتها لاسيما اذا جمع الفعل الارهابي بين مطامع واهداف القوى الخارجية التي لا تريد استخدام ادواتها المباشرة وانما بالاعتماد على محركات في خلق الازمات داخل الدول المستهدفة او استغلال حدودها او الظروف السياسية المحيطة او في احيان اخرى تفرق في لحمة ونسيج المجتمع داخل تلك الدوله وقد يشجع فئة من فئاتة الى سلوك يلحق الضرر في المجتمع مما يهدد سلامتة بما في ذلك استخدام العنف وصولا لتحقيق اهداف سياسية او مصالح فئويه قد تنعكس في جانب منها خدمة لاطراف خارجية اقليمية او دولية.
Barhi dates fruit are one of the most important date palm cultivars which are some of their properties they are mostly eaten and sold at the khalal stage when it has become yellow compared with rutab stage. Ultraviolet spectrophotometric studies for antibiotic (amino glycoside) derivatives including, Neomycin, Streptomycin, Gentamycin and Kanamycin with special reagents, which are benzoyl chloride; benzene sulfonyl chloride, toluenesulfonyl chloride and phthalic anhydride were made. Amino glycosides derivatives were followed through measurements of the ultraviolet absorbance (A) from which the absorptivity (ε) of the complexes was deduced and molar absorbances using Ultraviolet for products and calculate the number of reagents molecule that combine to amino glycosides.
In this research, the influence of the fermentation treatments and baking in Iraqi’s flour type (Ibaa 99, Al-rashed, Tamus, Abu-grabe) and Turkish flour type (Muaamel) on phytic acid was investigated. In whole wheat flour, the phytic acid was (1500, 1290, 1450, 1230, 1440 ( mg/ 100 g flour respectively, and the inorganic phosphorous was (29.18, 25.15, 23.89, 20.85, 22.83) mg/100 g flour respectively. The dough prepared from flour with a higher phytic acid content also contained higher amount of phytic acid. During fermentation, degradation of phytic acid occurred.
