The research aims to build an educational program - learning, according to the concepts of renewable energy and nanotechnology And knowledge of its impact on the technological enlightenment when the third phase students in the Department of Chemistry, and to verify the goal and put the researcher null hypothesis the following: No Statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying material nanotechnology and renewable energy program Altalima- learning and the average score for the control group of students who are studying the same article the usual way in technological enlightenment. The search was limited to the third row in the Department of Chemistry, College of Education, Science Pure students -bn Haytham for the academic year 2014-2015m, was preparing the content of scientific material to include renewable energy concepts and nanotechnology, with the two groups experimental design was chosen. Fifty-Four paddy samples, 45 soil samples, and nine irrigation water samples of some paddy fields at Alfurat Alawsat Area, Iraq were collected to investigate the microbial quality including total count bacteria (TCB), molds and yeast, total coliform (TC), and E. coli bacteria. Paddy samples were processed at the laboratory level to produce rice at 32 and 36 whiteness, and the microbial quality of the produced rice was conducted too. The results showed that all irrigation water samples were overpassed the FDA limit for E. coli. All paddy samples were exceeded the good limit of TCB, but no sample exceeded the acceptable limit. This study used a continuous photo-Fenton-like method to remediate textile effluent containing azo dyes especially direct blue 15 dye (DB15).
