Statistics indicate criminal in most countries of the world that the suicide rate continues to increase, as it prevalence manufacturing and complexity of life and the intensification of conflicts and escalating problems of rising suicide rates. And suicide is death intentional, that is, the intentional act that leads to ending the life of the individual and self-on purpose. The current research aims to identify the suicide in terms of its causes and its factors and come up with recommendations for the prevention of suicide. Because suicide is a life-threatening problem has tried several theories of interpretation and stand on its grounds. Considering the theories of psychoanalysis (Freud) that suicide is the result of the individual motives of hostility directed at the self, and see cognitive theory that the cause of suicide is depression caused by the loss of hope and amplify the negatives. The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses. Background: cardiac myxoma is the most frequent primary cardiac tumour comprising 30 to 50%, they are benign tumours. They are most often reported in women in the third to sixth decade of life.
Objectives: is to evaluate the incidence of surgery of cardiac myxomas and their presentation and outcome in IbnAl-NafeesTeaching hospital over 10 years.
Patient and Methods: This is a retrospective study that was conducted in Ibn Al-Nafees Hospital from January 2005 to December 2014 on patients with cardiac myxoma. Twenty-five patients diagnosed pre-operatively as having cardiac myxoma, they were admitted to the hospital and underwent clinical evaluation, investigation, and surgical treatment.
