Summary of the research Family violence, its causes and effects on society (women and children). Search Goal: The current research aims to identify: 1. Causes of family and social violence (for children and women). 2. How to process. research importance : Domestic violence is a major and devastating problem that has a negative and direct impact on children in particular and women or mothers in general. The problem of domestic violence is linked to many factors and individual, social, economic, psychological and environmental variables, which makes one theory that claims to be inaccurate. It is difficult to understand the nature of family violence without linking it to some of the concepts related to it. The negative effects that may lead to the destruction of the entire family entity and the emergence of a generation of children confused and confused intellectual and behavioral. It also aims at reducing the capacities of children who are affected by education, productivity and creativity, and their future tasks and responsibilities. This will jeopardize the security and stability of society and its impact on the safety of its children, its systems, its systems and its policies, and the disruption of its races to the child's imbalance due to verbal and non-verbal abuse. This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan. It suggested that the working banks in Jordan should establish database, and to create working teams.

Radiological assessment for the East Baghdad oilfield-southern part was conducted in the current study. 10 samples (scale, soil, sludge, water, and oil) from the different stages of oil production were collected. 232Th, 226Ra, and 40K in the samples were analyzed with 40% efficiency for Gamma spectrometry. system based on HPGe. A numerical method is developed to obtain two-dimensional velocity and pressure distribution through a cylindrical pipe with cross jet flows. The method is based on solving partial differential equations for the conservation of mass and momentum by finite difference method to convert them into algebraic equations.
