Pollution of the aquatic environment and the depletion of the natural resource cause imbalance in the natural balance of the river environment and contributes to the deterioration of life and the killing of living organisms. Most of the old and modern cities and urban centers were set up close to the rivers because water enters the main lifeblood and all its facilities. The proximity of cities to rivers caused environmental problems resulting from the dumping of residues of these cities to a large and continuous, these wastes include all uses of the city (industrial, agricultural, residential and commercial) and others. The accumulation of these wastes inside the rivers water kills life and makes them unsuitable for various uses to bury them, not clean them and not clean them, and their use for any use may cause health and economic problems. Therefore, it is necessary to work hard to protect the rivers from pollution and protect them. Sports laws and formulas, and we are here to address mathematical formulas and their role in the identification and control of river pollution. In this paper, the classical continuous triple optimal control problem (CCTOCP) for the triple nonlinear parabolic boundary value problem (TNLPBVP) with state vector constraints (SVCs) is studied. The solvability theorem for the classical continuous triple optimal control vector CCTOCV with the SVCs is stated and proved. This is done under suitable conditions. The mathematical formulation of the adjoint triple boundary value problem (ATHBVP) associated with TNLPBVP is discovered. The Fréchet derivative of the Hamiltonian" is derived. Under suitable conditions, theorems of necessary and sufficient conditions for the optimality of the TNLPBVP with the SVCs are stated and proved.

Soil resistivity depends on many overlapping factors, which influence it in various ways. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of some physical and chemical factors on soil apparent resistivity. The results of field, laboratory, and statistical studies revealed a complex relationship between water content, pH, and salinity with soil apparent resistivity. The results showed that water content had a clear effect on apparent resistivity, as it increased significantly when water content value decreased to less than about 5%. The results also showed that increasing the salinity ratio at the expense of water content led to an increase in the apparent resistivity values.
