This study was conducted to investigate the effect of feeding diets containing different levels of parsley on the hematological traits of local Iraqi geese. A total of twenty-four local geese, one year old, were used in this experiment. The birds were allocated into four treatment groups, consisting of six geese each. Treatment groups were: control diet (C) (free from parsley); T1: control diet + 80 g/d parsley; T2: control diet + 160 g/d parsley; and T3: control diet + 240 g/d parsley. The Topography, Physical and Optical properties of as-deposited copper oxide CuO absorption layer sprayed using homemade fully computerized CNC spray pyrolysis deposition technique at different deposition speed are reported. These layers are characterized by UV-Visible spectrophotometer, optical microscope, and thickness monitor studies. The optical transmittance study indicates that these layer exhibit high absorption coefficient in the visible range. The optical band gap is found to be at about at speeds (3,6 mm/s). Better homogeneity in CuO layer is found at the speed 5 mm/s. The film thickness lies within the 129-412 nm range.

Anastatica hierochuntica is believed to be very useful in Arab countries for treating various health disorders. The aqueous extract of Anastatica hierochuntica was investigated for its effects on hormones in mice females. the aqueous extract of plant at a dose level of 100mg/1mL showed significant increase (p<0.05) on levels of hormones LH, FSH, PRL level and PRO level. Clomid treated group showd significant increase in LH, FSH, and PRL while there was non-significant increase in PRO. From the above results, it is concluded for the first time that aqueous Anastatica hierchuntica extract offers significant effect of LH, FSH, PRL, and PRO in this mice females scompared with control.
