This work presents the simulation of a Low density Parity Check (LDPC) coding scheme with
multiuserMulti-Carrier Code Division Multiple Access (MC-CDMA) system over Additive White
Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel and multipath fading channels. The decoding technique used in
the simulation was iterative decoding since it gives maximum efficiency with ten iterations.
Modulation schemes that used are Phase Shift Keying (BPSK, QPSK and 16 PSK), along with the
Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). A 12 pilot carrier were used in the estimator
to compensate channel effect. The channel model used is Long Term Evolution (LTE) channel with
Technical Specification TS 25.101v2.10 and 5 MHz bandwidth including the channels of indoor
to outdoor/ pedestrian channel and Vehicular channel
The aim of this work is to study the effect of diesel fuel percentage on the combustion processes in compression ignition engine using dual – fuel (diesel and LPG).
The brake thermal efficiency increased with the increase of diesel fuel rate at low loads, and decreased when load increased. To get sufficient operation in engine fueled with dual fuel, it required sufficient flow rate of diesel fuel, if the engine fueled with insufficient diesel fuel erratic operation with miss fire cycles presented.
Dual-fuel operation at part load showed higher specific fuel consumption than straight diesl operation. At full loads, brake specific fuel consumption of duel fuel engine approaches that for diesel fuel values.
An experimental study was carried out for an evaporative cooling system in order to investigate the effect of using an aluminum pad coated with fabric polyester. In the present work, it was considered to use a new different type of cooling medium and test its performance during the change in the wet-bulb temperature and dry-bulb temperature of the supply air outside of the pad, the relative humidity of the supply air, the amount of air supplied (300-600) CFM and also the change of the amount of circulated water (1.75, 2.5, 4.5) liter per minute.
