The research aims to identify the level of functional engagement and hope-based thinking of kindergarten teachers, identify if there is a significant difference in functional engagement and hope-based thinking in terms of specialization and years of service for kindergarten teachers, identify if there is a significant correlation between functional engagement and hope-based thinking of kindergarten teachers. Enhanced oil recovery is used in many mature oil reservoirs to increase the oil recovery factor. Surfactant flooding has recently gained interest again. To create micro emulsions at the interface between crude oil and water, surfactant flooding is the injection of surfactants (and co-surfactants) into the reservoir, thus achieving very low interfacial tension, which consequently assists mobilize the trapped oil.

In the present study, an attempt has been to develop a new water quality index (WQI) method that depends on the Iraqi specifications for drinking water (IQS 417, 2009) to assess the validity of the Euphrates River for drinking by classifying the quality of the river water at different stations along its entire reach inside the Iraqi lands.
