Most Internet-tomography problems such as shared congestion detection depend on network measurements. Usually, such measurements are carried out in multiple locations inside the network and relied on local clocks. These clocks usually skewed with time making these measurements unsynchronized and thereby degrading the performance of most techniques. Recently, shared congestion detection has become an important issue in many computer networked applications such as multimedia streaming and
peer-to-peer file sharing. One of the most powerful techniques that employed in literature is based on Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) with cross-correlation operation to determine the state of the congestion. Wavelet transform is used as a de-noising tool to reduce the effects of both clock skew and queuing delay fluctuations on the decision of congestion type. Since, classical Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) is not shift-invariant transform which is a very useful property particularly in signal de-noising problems. Therefore, another transform called Stationary Wavelet Transform (SWT) that possesses shiftinvariant property is suggested and used instead of DWT. The modified technique exhibits a better performance in terms of the time required to correctly detect the state of congestion especially with the existence of clock skew problem. The suggested technique is tested using simulations under different
environments.
In this paper extensive examples and related counterexamples of the category of -skew -Armendariz rings are given. This category of rings regards a new generalization for the concepts of -skew Armendariz and skew -Armendariz rings. A ring is called -skew -Armendariz if for any ( ) Σ and ( ) Σ such that ( ) ( ) ( ), then ( ) ( ) for each and . First some general properties of -skew -Armendariz rings are studied and then relations between -skew -Armendariz rings and other related rings are investigated. In this paper, we define the concept of soft -connected sets and soft -connected spaces by using the notion of soft -open sets in soft topological spaces. Several properties of these concepts are investigated.
The paper starts with the main properties of the class of soft somewhere dense open functions and follows their connections with other types of soft open functions. Then preimages of soft sets with Baire property and images of soft Baire spaces under certain classes of soft functions are discussed. Some examples are presented that support the obtained results. Further properties of somewhere dense open functions related to different types of soft functions are found under some soft topological properties.

We introduce and discuss recent type of fibrewise topological spaces, namely fibrewise soft bitopological spaces. Also, we introduce the concepts of fibrewise closed soft bitopological spaces, fibrewise open soft bitopological spaces, fibrewise locally sliceable soft bitopological spaces and fibrewise locally sectionable soft bitopological spaces. Furthermore, we state and prove several propositions concerning these concepts.
