The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational culture among the headmasters and teachers of intermediate and secondary schools in Arar city. It also aims to identify the effect of job variables, qualifications, educational stage, and years of experience on the level of organizational culture and its domains. The study aimed: To assess the level of trainers' knowledge about the application of strategies and to find out the relationship between Trainer's knowledge and their socio-demographic characteristics.

Methodology: Using the pre-experimental design of the current study, for one group of 47 trainers working at the private Autism Centers in Baghdad, data was collected from 8/January / 2022 to 13 /February /2022. Using non-probability samples (convenient samples), self-management technology in which trainers fill out the questionnaire form themselves was used in the data collection process; it was analyzed through descriptive and inference statistics.

Background: Total superficial parotidectomy is the most commonly used approach in excising the tumors that affect the superficial lobe of the parotid gland, whether they're benign or malignant. The aim of the study is to evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of total superficial parotidectomy for parotid gland tumors within five years of follow-up. Patients and methods: Nineteen patients with lateral facial swelling affecting the parotid region were included in this study. All of them operated under general anesthesia with oral endotracheal intubation, where Modified Blair Incision (lazy S incision) was utilized in all cases. Anterograde dissection with facial nerve identification was accomplished with total superficial parotidectomy.

Iron is one of the abundant elements on earth that is an essential element for humans and may be a troublesome element in water supplies.  In this research an AAN model was developed to predict iron concentrations in the location of Al- Wahda water treatment plant in Baghdad city by water quality assessment of iron concentrations at seven WTPs up stream Tigris River. SPSS software was used to build the ANN model. The input data were iron concentrations in the raw water for the period 2004-2011.
