Three mesoporous silica with different functional group were prepared by one-step synthesis based on the simultaneous hydrolysis and condensation of sodium silicate with organo - silane in the presence of template surfactant polydimethylsiloxane - polyethyleneoxide (PDMS - PEO). The prepared materials were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and nitrogen adsorption/desorption experiments. The results indicate that the preparation of methyl and phenyl functionalized silica were successful and the mass of methyl and phenyl groups bonded to the silica structure are 15, 38 mmol per gram silica. A novel demountable shear connector for precast steel‐concrete composite bridges is presented. The connector uses high‐strength steel bolts, which are fastened to the top flange of the steel beam with the aid of a special locking nut configuration that prevents slip of bolts within their holes. In This research, a new formula to evaluate the sediment capacity in the upstream part of Al-Gharraf River will be developed.     In this work, we use the explicit and the implicit finite-difference methods to solve the nonlocal problem that consists of the diffusion equations together with nonlocal conditions. The nonlocal conditions for these partial differential equations are approximated by using the composite trapezoidal rule, the composite Simpson's 1/3 and 3/8 rules. Also, some numerical examples are presented to show the efficiency of these methods.

Eclipta alba is a weed growing in damp, moist puddles distributed in the tropical and subtropical regions, so the most weight of the plant is water, which reached in to 90%. The extraction method by using different solvents (Methanol, Ethanol, Hexane and Aqueous) showed, the best yield with methanol reached to 76%, and the yield decreased with ethanol and hexane reached 55% and 53% respectively, while the minimum yield observed with aqueous hot and cold extraction reached 11% and 5% respectively.
