Abstract

            Itraconazole is a triazole antifungal given orally for the treatment of oropharyngeal and vulvovaginal candidiasis, for systemic infections including aspergillosis, candidiasis,  and for the prophylaxis of fungal infections in immunocompromised patients.

           The study aimed to formulate a practical water-insoluble Itraconazole, with insufficient bioavailability as nanosuspension to increase aqueous solubility and improve its dissolution and oral bioavailability.

     Bimetallic Au –Pt catalysts supporting TiO₂ were synthesised using two methods; sol immobilization and impregnation methods. The prepared catalyst underwent a thermal treatment process at 400^◦ C, while the reduction reaction under the same condition was done and the obtained catalysts were identified with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Seven leafhoppers (Cicadeilidae). and one plantboppei (Delpbacidae), Homoptera were identified from a one year operated light trap at the College of Agiculture farm in Abu¬Ghraib. The leafhoppers were: Balclutha hortensis Lind.; B. rufaofasciata Merine.; psammctettix alien us Dahlbem.; P. striatus L.; Extianus capicola.; Neoaliturus haematoceps H. The present work includes investigation of some features of shell morphology; shell size, shell thickness, shell colour of the land snail Monacha cantiana, in addition to the correlation between height and diameter of shell and between shell aperture diameter and shell diameter at four sites within Baghdad Province, Iraq. Three ligands were prepared, spectroscopic method and elemental analysis verified their structures. The L1 and L2 ligands are flavylium salts while the third one L3 is a Flavon. The reactions between transition metal salts and the ligands have synthesized two groups of new metal complexes, one group contains L1, L3 coordinated with the metal ion. The other group contains L2, L3 and the metal. These complexes have been identified by available spectroscopic tools (UV-Visible and IR), the C.H.N results confirmed the proposed structures.
