Inelastic transverse magnetic dipole electron scattering form
factors in 48Ca have been investigated through nuclear shell model
in an excited state energy Ex= 10.23 MeV which is so called
"mystery case" with different optional choices like effective
interaction, restricted occupation and core polarization interaction.
40Ca as an inert core will be adopted and four orbits with eight
particles distributed mainly in 2p1f model space and in some extend
restricted to make sure about the major accuse about this type of
transition. Theoretical results have been constituted mainly with
experimental data and compared with some important theoretical
results of the same transition.

This paper is devoted to investigate experimentally and theoretically the structural behavior of reinforced concrete hollow beams which have internal transverse ribs under effect of shear. The number of the internal ribs is the major variable adopted in this research, while, the other variables are kept constant for all tested specimens. The research aims to identify the factors that affect the quality of the product by using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) tool and to suggest measures to reduce the deviations or defects in the production process. I used the case study approach to reach its goals, and the air filter product line was chosen in the air filters factory of Al-Zawraa General Company. The research sample was due to the emergence of many defects of different impact and the continuing demand for the product. I collected data and information from the factory records for two years (2018-2019) and used a scheme Pareto Fishbone Diagram as well as an FMEA tool to analyze data and generate results.
