The leading purpose of this work is the development of efficient culture conditions to induce calli from cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.) under in vitro conditions. The mature seeds were surface sterilized with combinations of different concentrations of ethanol and NaOCl in different time durations and  were germinated on MS basal medium. The results revealed that the best sterilization method of cabbage seeds was by using 70% ethanol for one minute, followed by 15 min in 2% (NaOCl). Twelve Two-Dimension (2-D) survey points were performed by using Wenner-Schlumberger array configuration to take the measurements. The inverse models of two survey point appear the effect of the saline groundwater that raises from Rus Formation, which caused a significant reduction in resistivity of the groundwater-bearing zone within middle Dammam Formation along the fault plane.

   In this paper, we introduce a new type of functions in bitopological spaces, namely, (1,2)*-proper functions. Also, we study the basic properties and characterizations of these functions . One of the most important of equivalent definitions to the (1,2)*-proper functions is given by using (1,2)*-cluster points of filters . Moreover we define and study (1,2)*-perfect functions and (1,2)*-compact functions in bitopological spaces and we study the relation between (1,2)*-proper functions and each of (1,2)*-closed functions , (1,2)*-perfect functions and (1,2)*-compact functions and we give an example when the converse may not be true .
