في هذا الكتاب نتعرف على اساسيات الكيمياء اللاعضوية الحياتية لما لها دور في مجالات الكيمياء الدوائية والصناعات المختلفة كالعوامل المساعدة وكأدوية ضديدة للبكتريا والطحالب والأمراض السلطانية . وقد اصبحت تمثل جزءاُ كبيراُ متنامياُ مع الكيمياء اللاعضوية. إن لم يكن الجزء الاكبر والاهم وبالامكان ملاحظة ذلك عند تفصح المجلات العلمية والمواقع الإلكترونية العلمية بهذا المجال الحيوي. كما يتضمن الكتاب معلومات عن المبادئ الاساسية للكيمياء اللاعضوية الحياتية من حيث اساسها النظري وتطبيقاتها وذلك بأقل قدر من التعقيد وأكبر قدر ممكن من التبسيط في العرض والأشكال والمخططات ووسائل الإيضاح المختلفة فقد تناول هذا الكتاب الحياتية من خلال التعرف عن الكيمياء اللاعضوية الحياتية من حيث كونها هي فرع من فروع الكيمياء الرئيسية والتي قسمت الى قسمين إعتماداً على المجال الذي تهتم به هي: 1- الكيمياء اللاعضوية الوصفية. 2- الكيمياء اللاعضوية النظرية. 3- الكيمياء اللاعضوية الميكانيكية. إضافةً الى التعرف عن بعض المصطلحات النظامية للكيمياء اللاعضوية. وكذلك فقد وضح في هذا الكتاب عن كون الكيمياء اللاعضوية الحياتية : هي بوابة الكيمياء اللاعضوية والكيمياء الحياتية ، اي وصف العلاقة المتبادلة بين اثنين من فروع العلوم الثانوية مع التركيز على وظيفة المواد اللاعضوية الأساسية في المنظومات الحية . وهذه المواد يمكن أن تكون أيونات المعادن مثل الحديدوز والحديديك أو أيونات البوتاسيوم ومركبات متاينة مثل المولبيديت، مركبات تناسقية مثل كاربونيل التكنيشيوم وسس بلاتين أو الجزيئات اللاعضوية مثل (CO-NO-O3) . وكذلك في هذا الكتاب تم دراسة أهمية العناصر المهمة بيولوجياً مثل : أيونات Na+ و K+ لما لهما أهمية في تحضير المعقدات . الحديد Fe الذي يسيطر على الدور المركزي في النشاط الحيوي مع دوره في تركيب المركبات العضوية . وكذلك تم دراسة كيمياء مركبات الحديد المائية ودراسة حركة الحديد الثلاثي مع وضع درس تعليمي في التعرف على المركبات التناسقية مع دراسة إنفصام المجال الليكاندي وحالات البرم. وكذلك تم توضيح إمتصاص ونقل وتخزين الحديد، نقل الأوكسجين بوساطة Hemocyanins و Haemerythrin ، سلسلة الجهاز التنفسي الميتوكوندريا، بروتينات الحديد- الكبريت مع وضع برنامج تعليمي عن الأكسدة والإختزال ، دراسة التمثيل الضوئي والذي يبين دور الحديد فيها ، مع دراسة التركيب الضوئي كتفاعل الضوء وتفاعل الظلام. علم التصنيف لبروتينات النحاس Disgression:. كذلك دراسة كنظرة عامة لكل من Hydrogenases, Oxigenases, Oxidoreductases, Peroxidases and Dismutases تثبيت النتروجين من حيث دراسة دورة النتروجين، وفرة النتروجين ، مركبات مع الهيدروجين ، مركبات الأوكسجين وإستعمالاته، مركبات النتروجين العضوية ، مركبات نتروجينية أخرى. أحادي أوكسيدالنتروجين . الكيمياء الحيوية للزنك . الزئبق والكادميوم . دور الفلزات القلوية وفلزات الأتربة القلوية: نظرة عامة عن الوظائف مع دراسة كل من المغنيسيوم، الصوديوم والبوتاسيوم، الكالسيوم. العناصر النزرة والتلوث البيئي: تم التكلم عن كل من الرصاص، الكروم، النحاس، الكادميوم ، الزئبق.
