Quantum gates which are represented by unitary matrices have potentials to implement the reversible logic circuits. M and M+ gates are two well-known quantum gates which are used to synthesize the reversible logic circuits. In this work, we have used behavioral description of these gates, instead of unitary matrix description, to synthesize reversible logic circuits. By this method, M and M+ gates are shown in the truth table form.

This study investigates consecutive reaction assisted by pervaporation for the first time. It studies the saponification of diethyladipate DA with sodium hydroxide NaOH solution synchronous with separating ethanol from the reaction mixture through an aqueous – organic membrane. The effect of time on some variables such as: permeated ethanol concentration EtOH wt%, separation factor (α), concentration of NaOH solution CB in the reaction medium and the conversion of DA to monoethyladipate (the intermediate product) was studied. Nine auxotrophic mutants were obtained from the SGI2 wild type isolate by mutagenesis with Nitrous acid (HNO2). The SGI2 wild type and the all auxotrophic mutant isolates had two Megaplasmids; pSymA and pSymB. No genetic variations in plasmid number and size were detected when gel electrophoresis was done for plasmid profile detection.
