In this paper, the concept of semi-?-open set will be used to define a new kind of strongly connectedness on a topological subspace namely "semi-?-connectedness". Moreover, we prove that semi-?-connectedness property is a topological property and give an example to show that semi-?-connectedness property is not a hereditary property. Also, we prove thate semi-?-irresolute image of a semi-?-connected space is a semi-?-connected space.

In this paper, a novel flow control strategy which is the inlet throttled pump was used to design an angular velocity control system for rotary actuator. Inlet throttled systems have good performance in addition to their high efficiency compared to traditional valve controlled systems. The flow in the proposed system is adjusted by a valve that is positioned at the pump inlet with the purpose of reducing the energy loses across the valve. We introduce a new method for analyzing and estimating dorsal spine movement using a MoCap system.
