Evaluation of the proposed strategy of Maysan Oil Company for the years 2020-2024

ناقش البحث في طياته عدداً من القضايا الرئيسة المتعلقة بالتقييم الاستراتيجي والإطار العام للخطة الاستراتيجية المقترحة لشركة نفط ميسان للسنوات الخمس المقبلة (2020_2024)، وهدف هذا البحث يتمحور في تقييم عملية صياغة استراتيجية شركة نفط ميسان لتحديد نقاط القوة وتعضيدها ومواطن الضعف ومحاولة معالجتها لتجنب الوقوع بها عند وضع استراتيجية للسنوات القادمة، وعلى هذا الاساس فان مشكلة البحث تكمن في مدى نجاح الاستراتيجية التي تبنتها الشركة المبحوثة في تحقيق اهدافها من خلال محاولة تقييم تلك الاستراتيجية، وتأتي اهمية هذا البحث انطلاقاً من أهمية تقييم صياغة الاستراتيجيات والتي تعد هذه العملية جزء من الاستراتيجية وهي لا تهدف الى تحديد الانحرافات في الخطة وانما تهدف الى التأكد من دقة الخطة الاستراتيجية وشموليتها وموضوعيتها وايضاً تقييم مدى دقة الأهداف الاستراتيجية وشموليتها لأنشطة الشركة، والوقوف على مدى قدرة الاستراتيجية في التعامل مع القضايا الاستراتيجية وتوفيرها للبرامج والإجراءات والآفاق الزمنية لكل قضية. ولقد أعتمد على منهج دراسة الحالة باعتباره المنهج الذي يمتاز بالوصف التفصيلي الدقيق ذو العلاقة بمديات الدراسة، فضلاً عن تعدد سماته من حيث امكانيته في الجمع بين أكثر من اسلوب بحثي في آن واحد، وقد تم الاعتماد على الكتب والمراجع العربية والاجنبية والبحوث والدراسات والرسائل الجامعية، فضلاً عن اعتماد اسلوب المقابلات الشخصية لجمع البيانات من ذوي العلاقة والمعنيين في صياغة وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية في الشركة ميدان البحث من خلال استبانة مصممة لهذا الغرض وبواقع 13 مدير وخبير كعينة للبحث، وقد توصل الباحثان الى عدد من النتائج أهمها حصول الاستراتيجية المقترحة للشركة بإبعادها المختلفة على نسبة قبول عالية من المديرين عينة البحث فضلاً عن حرص إدارة الشركة على تبني مفاهيم التخطيط الاستراتيجي وبناء التوجه الاستراتيجي للشركة من رؤية ورسالة واهداف استراتيجية، وقد خلص الباحثان الى جملة من التوصيات كانت أهمها ضرورة اتباع استراتيجية النمو والتوسع من قبل الشركة لما تتمتع به من قدرات تؤهلها لذلك وبما ينسجم مع التوجه الاستراتيجي الذي تمت صياغته والقضايا الاستراتيجية المبنية على أساس الأهداف الاستراتيجية للسنوات الخمس المقبلة.

Enhancement of gas response of annealed ZnO film for hydrogen gas detection

  The mechanism of hydrogen (H2) gas sensor in the range of 50-200 ppm of RF-sputtered annealed zinc oxide (ZnO) and without annealing was studied. The X-ray Diffraction( XRD) results showed that the Zn metal was completely converted to ZnO with a polycrystalline structure. The I–V characteristics of the device (PT/ZnO/Pt) measured at room temperature before and after annealing at 450 oC for4h, from which a linear relationship has been observed. available 2791 experimental data points of 20 pure superheated vapor compounds (14
pure nonpolar compounds + 6 pure polar compounds). The Average Absolute
Deviation (AAD) for SR of 2791 experimental data points of the all 20 pure
compounds (nonpolar and polar) when using equations of Lee-Kesler, Peng-
Robinson, Virial truncated to second and to third terms, and Soave-Redlich-Kwong
were 4.0591, 4.5849, 4.9686, 5.0350, and 4.3084 J/mol.K respectively. It was found

The number of hydroxyl groups was determined, purity was checked from T.L.C, Most of these derivatives will find pharmaceutical application.

Measurement of Photon Buildup Factor for Samples of Iraqi Carbon Black Material

The buildup factor was measured after irradiating Iraq carbon black powder using each of and sources respectively, using mixing ratios 40% & 50% for thickness range . The results showed that the buildup factor depends on energy and has limited dependence on the mixing ratio. The QIFT program succeeded accenting for the experimental results even for expected values more than 4 m.f.p outside the thickness range.

Effect Of thickness On The Structure And Electrical Conductivity Properties Of CuInSe2 Thin Films

The influence of different thickness (500,750, and 1000) nm on the structure properties electrical conductivity and hall effect measurements have been investigated on the films of copper indium selenide CuInSe2 (CIS) the films were prepared by thermal evaporation technique on glass substrates at RT from compound alloy. Cathodic Protection of Copper Pipes Carrying Saline Water in the Presence of Aerobic Bacteria

Rates of zinc consumption during cathodic protection of a copper pipeline carrying saline water were measured by the loss in weight technique.
