بزوغ مفهوم الرضا الوظيفي في السلوك التنظيمي

جديرة تلك المجلة العريقة (Journal of management history) لما تقوم به من دور متميز في تأصيل الفكر الاداري وتنسيب الموضوعات لأصحابها الحقيقيين. فالمجلد (12)، العدد (3) لعام (2006) من هذه المجلة حمل مراجعة تاريخية كبيرة لعنوان عميق هو
(The emergence of job satisfaction in organization behavior A historical overview of the dawn of jop attitudes research)، للباحث (Thomas A. Wright) الاستاذ في قسم العلوم الادارية بجامعة نيفادا في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية. وان لابد من  ثمة قول نبتدأ به، فهو تأكيدنا "ان الرضا الوظيفي كمصطلح مهم في السلوك التنظيمي، ولد في احضان الدراسات التطبيقية لموضوع الاتجاه نحو العمل (Work attitude) ، وذلك على يد اولئك الباحثين الاوائل الذين ظهروا عند مطلع القرن العشرين، والذين اهتموا بدراسة العلاقة بين اتجاهات العامل وكفاءة العمل.

تتعامل الورقة الحالية بجدية مع ذلك الفراغ الموجود في الفكر التنظيمي الذي ارتبط بإغفال مفهوم الرضا الوظيفي في الدراسات التطبيقية في تلك المرحلة التي كانت تعتبر ذهبية في دراسات الادارة فكراً وممارسة. والحقائق التاريخية تعكس ان ظهور الرضا  الوظيفي جاء مبكراً، الا انه اصبح من الموضوعات المنسية لاحقاً، بسبب توجه البحوث الميدانية نحو ولاء الزبون ورضاه، وملل العاملين وثقافاتهم وبيئة العمل الملائمة.

ففي بداية القرن العشرين اخذ توجه الباحثون يصب على موضوع الاتجاه نحو العمل، ولكن عند الثلاثينات وبداية الاربعينات منه، حلّ محله موضوع الرضا الوظيفي
(Job Satisfaction) واعتبر من قبل المعنيين بأنه مقياس واسع الاستخدام لقياس الهناءة (Happiness) في بحوث العمالة المنتجة/ السعيدة.

اذن تتلخص قيمة الورقة الحالية بأصالتها في مراجعتها التاريخية العامة التي ستقدم للقارئ المتخصص في الادارة والسلوك التنظيمي، ذلك الفهم المميز للاطار المقترن بمجالات الولع والافتنان (Fascination) بتطور الرضا الوظيفي على مدار الزمن.

Large Angle Bending Behavior of Curved Members Using The Method of Characteristics

This paper deals with the nonlinear large-angle bending dynamic analysis of curved beams which investigated by modeling wave’s transmission along curved members. The approach depends on the wave propagation in one-dimensional structural element using the method of characteristics. The method of characteristics (MOC) is found to be a suitable method for idealizing the wave propagation inside structural systems. Timoshenko’s beam theory, which includes transverse shear deformation and rotary inertia effects, is adopted in the analysis. Only geometrical non-linearity is considered in this study and the material is assumed to be linearly elastic. Different boundary conditions and loading cases are examined.
