Hierarchical temporal memory (HTM) is a biomimetic sequence memory algorithm that holds promise for invariant representations of spatial and spatio-temporal inputs. This article presents a comprehensive neuromemristive crossbar architecture for the spatial pooler (SP) and the sparse distributed representation classifier, which are fundamental to the algorithm. There are several unique features in the proposed architecture that tightly link with the HTM algorithm. A memristor that is suitable for emulating the HTM synapses is identified and a new Z-window function is proposed. This paper is devoted to introduce weak and strong forms of fibrewise fuzzy ω-topological spaces, namely the fibrewise fuzzy -ω-topological spaces, weakly fibrewise fuzzy -ω-topological spaces and strongly fibrewise fuzzy -ω- topological spaces. Also, Several characterizations and properties of this class are also given as well. Finally, we focused on studying the relationship between weakly fibrewise fuzzy -ω-topological spaces and strongly fibrewise fuzzy -ω-topological spaces.

In this paper, we will introduce the concept of interval value fuzzy n-fold KU-ideal in KU-algebras, which is a generalization of interval value fuzzy KU-ideal of KU-algebras and we will obtain few properties that is similar to the properties of interval value fuzzy KU-ideal in KU-algebras, see [8]. Objective To determine the prevalence of some gastrointestinal helminths among Iraqi people, and association of infections with age, sex, and region in Iraq. Method This study is retrospective, including reported cases of infections using an available surveillance database from January 2013 to December 2013 of all provinces of Iraq by the Ministry of Health. B3LYP/6-31G, DFT method was applied to hypothetical study the design of six carbon nanotube materials based on [8]circulene, through the use of cyclic polymerization of two and three molecules of [8]circulene. Optimized structures of [8]circulene have saddle-shaped. Design of six carbon nanotubes reactions were done by thermodynamically calculating (Δ S, Δ G and Δ H) and the stability of these hypothetical nanotubes depending on the value of HOMO energy level. Nanotubes obtained have the most efficient gap energy, making them potentially useful for solar cell applications.

The influence of silver doped n-type polycrystalline CdTe film with thickness of 200 nm and rate deposition of 0.3 nm.s -1 prepared under high vacuum using thermal co-evaporation technique on its some structural and electrical properties was reported. The X- ray analysis showed that all samples are polycrystalline and have the cubic zinc blend structure with preferential orientation in the [111] direction.
