The study aimed to evaluate the distance learning experience in light of the spread of the Corona pandemic - Covid19 - from the teachers' point of view in Islamic Science Institutes in the Sultanate of Oman, which was applied during the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The current research aims to identify the problems and needs for both college of political science and college of engineering’s students. The sample was (100) male and female student. The results showed bunch of problems which could be organized descendingly, the scientific domain ranged between (2 - 2.42), the mean of the psychological domain was (2.85), the moral domain ranged between (2.2 – 2.28)m the problems of study earned (2.30), the material domain got (1.95), the medical and social domain obtained (1.925), and finally, the family domain received (1.887).

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بنوع من أنواع لطائف الإسناد، وهو الحديث المسلسل بالرواة الشاميين في صحيح البخاري. وأقوال العلماء فيه، ومدى موافقة أقوالهم مع شروط الحديث المسلسل بالرواة. وأهم ما جاء فيه :

1. جرى اختيار الرواة الشاميين في صحيح البخاري ، وقد بلغ عدد الأحاديث اثني عشر حديثاً .

اجريت عملية غربلة اولية على عدد من الخمائر المعزولة من مصادر مختلفة من حيث قدرتها على انتاج انزيم الانفرتيز فتبين ان خمس عزلات منها تعود الى جنس  Candida  تميزت بقابليتها على انتاج الانزبم ،  ووجد العزلة التي رمز لها C5  كانت أكفا تلك العزلات  . درست الظروف المثلى لإنتاج الإنزيم وبطريقة المزارع المغمورة  من هذه العزلة  . تبين أن أعلى انتاجية تحققت باستخدام الرافينوز كصدر للكاربون وبتركيز 3% و مزيج خلاصة الخمير
