Avec Jacques Prévert la poésie entre dans la vie quotidienne, avec des mots de tous les jours que comprennent même les enfants. Son recours à la langue parlée sert comme un outil pour exprimer sa contestation contre l’ordre établi. Adolescent pendant la première guerre mondiale, il était témoin du massacre de toute la génération précédente. Il manifeste une aversion profonde pour la guerre et les militaires. Il déteste également les prêtres, les politiciens et l’armée qui sont, pour lui, les responsables de l’amertume de la génération. À ce mouvement de la contestation d’une société, le poète répond par l’offre de valeurs positives qui changeront l’ordre du monde. Il propose d’ailleurs la vitalité créatrice de tous les artistes pour ouvrir des voies nouvelles.

Alain Robbe-Grillet a été un auteur célèbre ; il a beaucoup été étudié, mais a-t-il été beaucoup lu ? Et surtout bien lu ? Car ses ouvrages sont remplis de chausse-trappes, et l’écrivain s’est ingénié à dérouter ses lecteurs, s’efforçant toujours de les empêcher de conclure sur un sens. Sans cesse, il emmêle les chronologies et les faits, mêle les époques, s’acharne à contredire ce qu’il vient d’exprimer, à brouiller les pistes. Et, toujours, il a tenu à rester le maître du jeu qu’il imposait. Le lire, c’est à la fois accepter de se laisser embarquer là où il veut nous conduire, et se battre continuellement avec lui pour construire des structures et du sens.

The study aimed to compare the expression of miR-126-3p and miR-423-5p in patients and normal subjects, and correlate their expression with response to induction therapy. Circulating miR-126-3p and miR-423-5p were measured in the plasma of 43 adult AML patients and 35 age- and sex-matched controls by real time PCR. The foldchange in differential expression for each gene was calculated using the comparative cycle threshold (CT) method (also known as the 2−CT method). For statistical purposes, the fold change was calculated using DDCT (or 2–∆∆Ct) method to find the relative expression of miRNAs. Dans le roman moderne, le type du héros est depuis longtemps devenu suspect. Il risque même de disparaitre dans ce qu´on désigne le Nouveau Roman qui, se concentrant plutôt sur les objets, décrits minutieusement, refuse la fonction épistémologique traditionnelle de la littérature. Cette conception se manifeste, sur le plan formel, par certains traits typiques, comme la relativisation des points de vue, la décomposition de l´action, la destruction du temps, la décomposition de l´espace et la désintégration du personnage romanesque dont les liens avec la société sont coupés.
Cette recherche étudie les structures composant Barbara, un poème de Jacques Prévert pour mettre en valeur la particularité de ce langage. Nous avons d'abord, dissocié ces structures, en : structure thématique, actancielle, syntaxico-énonciative, sémantique, formelle et finalement spacio-temporelle en vue de les analyser minutieusement. Le poète a adopté pour les thèmes : souvenir, nostalgie et guerre, un langage simple et une syntaxe incomplexe. L'usage du lexique et des figures de style célèbrent ces thèmes.
