Legislative language is characterized by its complexity, specifically in the process of translating statutory terms from two quite different languages, and from totally two different legal systems as from Spanish into Arabic. The study aimed to build a suggested conception for employing gamification in teaching the general education curricula. This study aims at examining literary language by showing how Schema Theory and Text World Theory can be useful in the interpretation of literary texts. Further, the study attempts to uncover how readers can connect between the text world and the real world. Putting it differently, the study aims at showing how the interaction between ‘discourse world’ and ‘text world’. Este artículo propone una reflexión filosófica novedosa para abordar la violencia como objeto de conocimiento. Se plantea, en primer lugar, un nuevo enfoque a partir de la teoría literaria,enseguida se consideran aspectos del relato, tales como: la doble naturaleza del mundo, el absurdo y la dinámica autoproductiva de la violencia y con ayuda de varios autores, constatamos cómo estos mismos aspectos admiten nuevas aproximaciones.
