This research is a simple attempt to show how our venerable scholars employed the meanings of these tools when they interpreted the linguistic evidence, that is, the grammatical structure largely depends on the tool in forming the meaning within the sentences and employing the meanings of these grammatical tools in explaining the linguistic evidence by clarifying their significance in the contexts of their use and effectiveness. Synthesis of the meanings of grammatical tools is an important tool in understanding the linguistic structure in order to reveal its meaning.

This research has discussed the origins of ESP, addressed key notions about ESP and examined issues in ESP syllabus design. The content of the paper was determined by a need identified based on my  experience as an ESL instructor designing and delivering the content-based language program - Language Preparation for the Cadets and Employment in the Iraqi  College of Police . The current study is concerned with investigating the difficulties that Iraqi EFL learners of English may face when translating English collective nouns. This article examines the usage features of the phraseological units in Russian political discourse and the peculiarities of the phraseological units’ usage by politicians in their speeches.  The main focus is on the expressive and pragmatic functions of using phraseological units in political texts due to their evaluative and expressive nature.  The present article also examines the structural and stylistic changes of the phraseological units in political discourse.  Moreover, the work provides examples from the speeches of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S.V.  Lavrov.  As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that phraseological units make it possible to establish a contact be
