The political struggle being waged by Muslims today is one of the most important issues that have preoccupied the Arab and international media, and the failures that have afflicted Muslims in our contemporary world have negatively affected the younger generations and led them, and with the influence of anti-Islam media, to rely on accusing Islam as a religion with all the negative in Islamic and Arab society . So secularism took its role in spreading these concepts by deviating from its course from the concept of science to the concept of (the religion).
From here the calls for reform rose to return the Muslims to the incubator of Islam, so people turned around them, but they turned into competing Islamic political parties that did not achieve the aspirations of the peoples, so political Islam became a charge, and in this brief research I showed the meaning of political Islam and the meaning of this term, and the meaning of political freedom within a concept These calls, and I mentioned the opinion of Islamic thinkers on politics and the role of educators in guiding youth, so I divided the research into three topics:
The first topic is on the meaning of political Islam and political freedom, the second topic is the position of Islamists on governance and power, the third topic is the position of Islamic thinkers on political violence, then the conclusion.
IF we called twentieth century, the century of productivity and information revolution, the suitable address for twenty-first century is (( The quality century )) .
The research aims to initiate Arabic prize for quality to apply concepts and strategies of total quality management at Higher education sector, which is a vital sector and it may be the most importance sector because it provide efficient human manpower working at all other sectors.
The suggested prize take in consideration the specialty of this sector, and when we apply perspectives of this prize this will promote Arabic universities performance as well as the quality of graduates.

Tow methods has been implemented estimating the optimum time duration for preventive maintenance . the first techniques use scheduling depending on data concerning the machine maintenance cost and halted cost from the production reach to the optimum time for maintenance which reflect the minimum cost. Where as the second techniques depends on reability function to estimate the optimum duration time which reflect the minimum cost. The tow techniques above by which we count on in fixing the preventive maintenance both give same result . we also prove that the scheduling method best than the reability function .
