The first requirement: the concept of Islamic banks and types, and there are two requirements:
* Definition of Islamic banks language and idiom.
* Types of Islamic banks.
The second requirement: the emergence and development of Islamic banks.
Third requirement: the importance of Islamic banks and their objectives.
We learned about the concept of banks and their origins and how they developed and what are the most important types of Islamic banks
The second topic: Formulas and sources of financing in Islamic banks and the services they provide, which includes three demands are:
The first requirement: Formulas of financing in Islamic banks and jurisprudence graduates.
The second requirement: sources of financing in Islamic banks.
Third requirement: Services provided by Islamic banks.
In this topic, it became clear the most important pillars of Islamic banks, namely the forms and sources of financing and services provided by these banks, which distinguishes them from traditional banks or capitalism.
Conclusion, conclusions and recommendations.

Objective(s): The present study aims at assessing the prevalence of smoking among health workers in Baghdad Teaching Hospital and to find out the effectiveness of instructional booklet concerning risk of smoking on health workers′ knowledge in hospital.
Methodology: A pre-experimental design study was conducted from 1st of October 2019 to 17th of March 2020. A non-probability sample consists of (500) participant (343 non-smokers and 157 smokers) from (1500) health workers in Baghdad Teaching Hospital, they included the physicians, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, Laboratory Technicians, Medical Assistants. A questionnaire is constructed to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional booklet on health workers’ knowledge
The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses. A numerical study of the two-dimensional steady free convection flow in an inclined annulus between two concentric square cavities filled with a porous medium is presented in this paper for the case when the side outer walls are kept with differentially heated temperature while the horizontal outer walls and the inner walls are insulated.
