The present paper aims at finding out the Variance Ratio of Trips Set Out by Scholars of Both Marrouzzeen and Baihaq .The researcher has come up with conclusion including certain findings ,one of which is that the trip is considered an essential base with high effectiveness since the old times and has been evolved .This means that the trip has been the main source of knowledge and sciences from the scholars directly .This had driven the scholars of both Baihaq and Marrouz cities .It has been noticed , though this paper, that the number of the Marrouz scholars who visited was less than those of Baihaq . The researcher has focused on their meetings or conferences and investigated what has been going on in such meetings such as dialogues , without finding out any details whether their debates, preaching , reminding , and dictation in that each scholar has his own way , concepts of participation in such dialogues in order to provide learners and students .Moreover , the researcher has not found the type of their issues discussed or tackled in such meetings .Finally , it is important to note that the schools had vital effect on holding such meetings or conferences enriched with various sorts of scholars and sciences as such schools were named by their founders in Baihaq and Marrouz.
As the word can fluctuate between central and peripheral dlalten it represents the first lexical meaning and the second represents the meaning that gain by the context in which it appear so this research came to show signs that can be acquired the root ( GUM ) and its derivatives from the contexts in which it is mentioned in the Koran as well as siqnificant Lexical if this research is divided on two first is eating Lexical semantics , the second handled connotations in the Koran was based on what the commentators and concemed with the meanings of the Koran and the owners Almagamat in astatement that the semantic .

The increases in this resource indicates that the bank is practicing comprehensive banking, which is consistent with the nature of the transformation of the banking system towards multiple businesses. In this research the Empirical Bayes method is used to Estimate the affiliation parameter in the clinical trials and then we compare this with the Moment Estimates for this parameter using Monte Carlo stimulation , we assumed that the distribution of the observation is binomial distribution while the distribution with the unknown random parameters is beta distribution ,finally we conclude that the Empirical bayes method for the random affiliation parameter is efficient using Mean Squares Error (MSE) and for different Sample size .
