I was invited to deliver a research paper on orphan care at the Center for Psychological and Educational Research. So I sought help from God Almighty and began writing a research in which I explained the meaning of the orphan, his condition, and the Holy Qur’an’s care for him. Therefore, I intended for the title of my humble research to be (Caring for the Orphan in the Islamic Perspective), since the papers were mixed up in the time of accidents, disasters, and deadly weapons, all of which reap men more than what we suffer. In this wounded country of ours, with civil wars, sectarianism, and insecurity, research began to solve the problem of orphans at a time when society had become an orphan with no shepherd. When I addressed this topic, another issue came to mind, which is the issue of widows, and it is an issue that is inseparable from the issue of orphans. So how can we We address the problem of the orphan and leave his mother. Therefore, the topic of the research became broader, as I made a special chapter for widows in which I discussed some of the solutions that society can apply in the reality of its life to eliminate this deep problem. I divided my research into two chapters, preceded by this introduction and followed by a conclusion in which I recorded the summary of the research. The most important results I reached.
In the first chapter, I discussed the meaning of the orphan in language and terminology, and the interest of the Holy Qur’an on the subject of the orphan, and the virtue of caring for the orphan. In the second chapter, I discussed the meaning of the widow in language and terminology and her need for care and care. Then I began to solve the problem of the increasing number of widows in society today, and how we can address this major problem. All members of society must cooperate to eliminate this problem until this ordeal is overcome.
Then, at the conclusion of the research, I discussed the most important results and recommendations that I came up with, and I ask God Almighty to grant me success in this humble research of mine and to make it sincere for His honorable face. He is the best Lord and the best Helper.
In this study, phytoplankton density, chlorophyll-a, and selected physico- chemical parameters were investigated in Erbil wastewater channel. The surveys were carried out monthly from May 2003 to April 2004. Samplings were established on three sites from headwaters to the mouth. The results showed that pH was in alkaline side of neutrality, with significant differences (P<0.05) between sites 1 and 3. TSS concentration decreased from site 1 toward site 2 (mean value, 80.15 to 25.79 mg.l-1). The research was performed in order to investigate the prevalence of Eimeria spp in buffalo. Coccidiosis, is a common livestock disease include water buffaloes and nothing is known about the most pathogenic species of Eimeria. Since the highest prevalence of oocyst shedding and incidence of disease occurs in buffalo calves less than one year of age. The omnipresent occurrence and negative effects of the infection on health and buffalo growth output are taken into account. Therefore, both farmers and veterinarians should pay greater attention to infections with Eimeria spp. And there is little analysis of data reported in Iraq and the world regarding Eimeria infection in river buffalo spp.
An expression for the transition charge density is investigated where the deformation in nuclear collective modes is taken into consideration besides the shell model transition density. The inelastic longitudinal form factors C2 calculated using this transition charge density with excitation of the levels for Cr54,52,50 nuclei. This paper studies the combination of fluid viscous dampers in the outrigger system to add supplementary damping into the structure, which purpose to remove the dependability of the structure to lower variable intrinsic damping.
