Drama is one of the means of transmitting human experiences, as it presents within it the life ideas and visions of the spectator, who is subject to their influence on him, robbed of the will in front of its charm and various display arts, which invade him with its dimensions and affect his references, and this art form is based on stories revolving around personalities involved in events that have grown As a result of the struggle of two conflicting opponents, or two opposing forces or emotions generated as a result of a voluntary conflict, as this dramatic conflict represents the most important elements of those events, as it is embodied in an inevitable scene that emerges from other scenes, and this scene is sometimes subject to the expectations of the viewer who focuses all his efforts waiting for the moment of collision, Which, in turn, represents an Obligatory and binding scene that must be reached, and for this the researcher found it necessary to shed light on this topic because of its importance, so the research problem was represented in the following question: (What are the dramatic necessities that require the presence of an Obligatory Scene in the structure of the cinematic film?) As for the theoretical framework, it included two topics: the first: Obligatory Scene: Concept and Operation, and the second: the visual and sound foundations of the Obligatory scene in the narrative film. While the research procedures, the descriptive-analytical approach was taken, and an intentional sample that meets the research objectives, which included the king speech 2010 movie. The study concluded a number of results and conclusions.
Background: Breast lump is one of the most common prevalent complaint of patients attending breast clinics.
Objective: To determine if there is any change in the pattern of common breast, diseases presenting as breast lumps between pregnant and non-pregnant women among patients attending Al-Elwiya Breast Clinic.
Methods: This is a cross – sectional study, with convent's patient sampling setting in AL-Elwiya Breast Cancer Early Detection Clinic from 1st Feb. to 1st May 2018, we collected data from patients with breast lumps including the age groups, pregnancy status, parity status, previous breast diseases, hormonal drugs, menstrual cycle, breast fe

Maternal nutritional deficiencies had long been reported to cause NTDs, especially folate deficiency during early pregnancy. More attention had been paid to the exact mechanism by which this deficiency state causes these defects in the developing embryo. The most significant of all researches was that connecting reduced folate and increased homocysteine level in maternal serum on one hand and the risk of developing a NTD baby on the other hand. Objectives : to determine the significance of homocysteine level in Iraqi mothers who gave birth to babies with NTDs as compared to normal controls. Patients, Materials

It involves functionalization of triglycerides in the form of epoxidation followed by glycidylation and yields bio-based monomers having improved mechanical as well as thermal properties. The review covers the underlying chemistry, production drivers, industrial applications, and future issues, supported by quantitative data and comparative studies. In addition, it integrates recent data on catalyst choice, feedstock flexibility, and environmental performance factors of bio-based resins, indicating their suitability for replacing traditional petroleum-based components.<

The etiology of MS is not fully elucidated. MS symptoms are directly related to demyelination and axonal loss, along with other psychological symptoms, can result in functional limitations, disability and reduced quality of life (QoL). The QoL assessments in patients with a chronic disease may contribute to improving treatment and could even be of prognostic value. The goals of this study were to compare the QoL of Iraqi patients with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS),using three different diseas

While peripheral fatigue’s effects on motor output are well documented, the neurophysiological markers of mental fatigue and their impact on in-game decision making remain underexplored. Objective: To determine how EEG-derived central fatigue indices—frontal theta power and the theta/alpha ratio—relate to tactical decision accuracy and speed in elite football players. Methodology: Twenty male national-level footballers (age 22.4 ± 2.1 years; ≥ 5 years’ experience) completed the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1 while wearing an 8-channel dry-electrode frontal EEG headset. This study assessed the reliability of the insertion torque of dental implants by relating it to the implant stability quotient values measured by the Osstell device. Material and methods: This study included healthy, non-smoker patients with no history of diabetes or other metabolic, or debilitating diseases that may affect bone healing, having non-restorable fractured teeth and retained roots in the maxillary non-molar sites. Primary dental implant stability was evaluated using a torque ratc
