اختصر الامام ابن الحاجب كتاب الاحكام في اصول الاحكام للإمام الامدي بكتاب اوسمه بمنتهى السول وخالف به الامام ابن الحاجب الامام الامدي بمسائل كثيرة فجمعت ما خالفه به في الاجماع ليكون بحثا متواضعا عسى الله ان ينفع به

وقسمته الى مبحثين: المبحث الاول وفيه ثلاثة مطالب : المطلب الاول تناولت فيه (حياة الامام ابن الحاجب) والمطلب الثاني تناولت فيه (حياة الامام الامدي) والمطلب الثال

ملخـــص البحــــث

    من أهم مسائل الطلاق التي كثر حولها الخلاف: (الحلف بالطلاق وتعليقه بشرط )، لذا عمدت في هذه الصفحات اليسيرة ان اتناول بالبحث والدّراسة مسألة تُعَدُّ من المعضلات، وهي (ما يترتّب على الحلف بالطَّلاق إذا حنث الحالف). وقد فشا وكَثُرَ في الأزمنة المتأخرة الحلف بالطَّلاق في المجتمعات المسلمة، مما دفعني للكتابة فيه ببحث وسميته :

Eine in fast allen Kommentaren zu der Satzbaubeschreibung gegen die arabischen Nationalgrammatiker gerichtete Kritik ist, daß sie den Satzbau des Arabischen nicht unter einem Hauptgesichtpunkt gefaßt und zusammenhängend entwickelt, sondern mehr in einzelne Teile auseinander gelegt haben, in der Weise, daß sie vom Einzelnen zum Ganzen ausgingen. Solch eine reversible Vorgehensweise gilt nach Ansicht vieler Arabisten als der Hauptmangel der arabischen Traditionsgrammatik.[1]

The study of cuneiform texts is very important for finding out the ancient history of Iraq and its civilization, as well as the close relation among languages, especially Semitic, the mother language to which both Akkadian and Arabic belong, the matter that clarifies the linkage among them. This study is about finding the estimation of tow equations, the comparative has been done between the estimations  by using seemingly unrelated regression equations for the variable and random error has been distribution with poisson and the variable and random error has been distribution with normal and the method by using oldenary lest square.

While in the application side, we have estimated the parameter of investment specification function for the sector of agriculture with the industry sector is enabled us to obtain an estimation efficiency for the model of seemingly unrelated Poisson regression equation.

This research discusses the verbal follow phenomenon in Al-Amali Abi Al-Qali’s book (seq.356 Hijri). It aims to limit the examples of this phenomenon in the book, and  examine it phonologically.
