اختصر الامام ابن الحاجب كتاب الاحكام في اصول الاحكام للإمام الامدي بكتاب اوسمه بمنتهى السول وخالف به الامام ابن الحاجب الامام الامدي بمسائل كثيرة فجمعت ما خالفه به في الاجماع ليكون بحثا متواضعا عسى الله ان ينفع به

وقسمته الى مبحثين: المبحث الاول وفيه ثلاثة مطالب : المطلب الاول تناولت فيه (حياة الامام ابن الحاجب) والمطلب الثاني تناولت فيه (حياة الامام الامدي) والمطلب الثال

ملخـــص البحــــث

    من أهم مسائل الطلاق التي كثر حولها الخلاف: (الحلف بالطلاق وتعليقه بشرط )، لذا عمدت في هذه الصفحات اليسيرة ان اتناول بالبحث والدّراسة مسألة تُعَدُّ من المعضلات، وهي (ما يترتّب على الحلف بالطَّلاق إذا حنث الحالف). وقد فشا وكَثُرَ في الأزمنة المتأخرة الحلف بالطَّلاق في المجتمعات المسلمة، مما دفعني للكتابة فيه ببحث وسميته :

على الرغم من إن الابداع والمبدعين وخصائصهم العقلية والشخصية تعد من المفاهيم المهمة والشائعة في الحياة بمجالاتها كافة، ففي الوقت الذي نجد فيه العديد من الدراسات والمقالات العربية والاجنبية التي تناولته بشكل او باخر، لكنها جميعها اعتمدت على المقياس الخاص بالتفكير الابداعي لمؤسسه الاول تورانس منذ عام (1967)، متجاهلة التغيير والتطور المعلوماتي ولا سيما في الانترنيت والحاسوب وما افرزه هذا من مفردات شاعت وتداول

The audio-visual arts are considered modern arts compared to theater, plastic arts, and music. It proved its distinguished presences among other arts. It was capable of forming a huge audience and took television from cinema, literature, theater, type of narration, and narrative instructor. Also, it took symbolism and metaphorical repetition from literature.  يعالج هذا البحث التوظيف الدلالي للمصادر في التعبير القرآني، وفيه يظهر أن أبنية المصادر ليست قوالب لفظية، تقتصر وظائفها على التعبير عن الحدث المعنوي الذي تتضمنه فحسب، وإنما هي بنية لغوية لها أفق دلاليّ واسع، حيث تمتزج بعناصر السياق وتتفاعل مع علاقاته التركيبية، فتؤدِّي وظائف دلالية متنوعة، يُبنى عليها كثير من المزايا البلاغية والأسلوبية.

This research discusses the verbal follow phenomenon in Al-Amali Abi Al-Qali’s book (seq.356 Hijri). It aims to limit the examples of this phenomenon in the book, and  examine it phonologically. Accordingly, the researcher adopted the analaytical descriptive approach, taking into account Al-Rawi’s letter when ordering the verbal follow-based examples, and the order they took in the book in question. This study is about finding the estimation of tow equations, the comparative has been done between the estimations  by using seemingly unrelated regression equations for the variable and random error has been distribution with poisson and the variable and random error has been distribution with normal and the method by using oldenary lest square.

The study of cuneiform texts is very important for finding out the ancient history of Iraq and its civilization, as well as the close relation among languages, especially Semitic, the mother language to which both Akkadian and Arabic belong, the matter that clarifies the linkage among them. The Akkadian language is among these Jazri (a Semitic branch) languages, besides Arabic. It is the most ancient one. It consisted of a lot of genuine linguistic rules derived from the mother Jazri language. Contrastive Akkadian studies approved these linguistic rules.
