خضع فن التمثيل وتقنياته في العصر الحديث لانعطافات عديدة ومختلفة وجوهرية في بنيته العامة والخاصة لاسيما وان المنظرين والمخرجين والممثلين المحدثين على تماس وعلى حراك في خلق حساسية أدائية جديدة تنسجم ولغة العصر وحاجاته وإشكاله وأنماطه منطلقين في تنظير اتهم وتطبيقاتهم من نظم والسلوك البشري الخارجي والداخلي والاستفادة من ميادين الفنون الأدائية الأخرى كالرقص وفن البهلوان والمهرج والسيرك فضلا"عن استعارته الخيال والحلم من فن الرواية والشعر والأساطير والحكايات الخرافية والشعبية لإعطاء الأداء نفساً وقابلية للمطاوعة والاستمرارية وتقديم مقترحات ومقدمات لاستقبال الأداء التمثيلي القادم والاحتفاء به ، وقد حاول بعضهم تقديم تجربته الأدائية بعناصر التقمص والمحاكاة والتذكر العاطفي وتقديم حياة الشخصية بطريقة كلية لا توليفية على نحو مستمر بواجبات الإحياء والنمو كما عند (ستانسلافسكي ) في حين حاول ( مايرخولد ) أن يفجر البعد الخارجي عبر الاسلبة و البايوميكانيك لتوليد دلالات أدائية خارج معطيات النص ،بينما أخذت تجربة المسرح الملحمي عند ( بريخت ) مهمة الأداء من الطاقات الملحمية للغة التي تنسجم كلياً مع قضيته الفكرية معتقداً إن لهذه الملحمية صفات وقدرات هائلة على إطالة النفس الأدائي وضخه بقوى جديدة للعمل والفعل والانجاز مستخدماً فلسفة التغريب وأسلوب المباعدة وخلق المسافة الجمالية بين الممثل والشخصية من جهة وبين الممثل والجمهور من جهة أخرى ، في حين ذهب كل من ( ارتو) و( كروتوفسكي ) إلى خلق أجواء حلميه وطقسية في مخاطبة الوعي واللاوعي الجمعي والعواطف الإنسانية بالاعتماد على الفعل الفسلجي والنفسي للممثل لحظة امتزاجه مع فعل المشاهدة . وقد سار على نهج وطريق هؤلاء المخرجين الكثير من الفرق المسرحية في أوربا وأميركا والوطن العربي وكل حسب اجتهاده ووعيه في اكتساب التجربة وتطويرها آو الاكتفاء بنقلها، ومن هذه الفرق على سبيل المثال لا الحصر فرقة المسرح الحر في مصر والعراق وفرقة المسرح الفني الحديث في العراق وفرقة مسرح الشوك والعمالي في سوريا وفرقة محترف بيروت في لبنان و فرقة المسرح الحي لمؤسسيها (جوليان بيك وجوديث مالينا ) وفرقة فرانسيسكومايم وفرقة الخبز والدمى في أميركا وفرقة مسرح الشمس في فرنسا وفرقة المسرح الاشتراكي وفرقة السلم الأحمر في انكلترا .

Several benefits of the use of CO2 laser have been reported for oral surgical procedures. This study aims to evaluate the effect of CO2 laser on soft and hard oral tissues (in vitro study). Trypan blue the dye which was used in this study to investigate cytotoxic effect of a new Cis –dichloroplatinum (II) complex [(Qu)2PtCl2] on the viability of polymorphonuclear cells (PMNs). Three concentrations of platinum complex were prepared (70, 35and 17.5 µg/ ml) and the results revealed that the percentage of cell viability decreased as the platinum complex concentration increased in comparison with control.
