Egypt and Ethiopia have connected in a strong relation as there are historical facts that
deepen these relations, one of these is Egypt's cooperation in establishing the first economic
and financial banking system in Ethiopia.
Beside the religious relation between The Egyptian and Ethiopian churches the Nile River is
considered one of the effective connections
That strong then the relations as it leads to some tension between the two countries because
Ethiopia believes that Egypt seeks to control the river tries to build its project over the Blue
Nile means a threat to the Ethiopian national security.
The tension continues even after the revolution of 25th of January 2011because the Nahda
dam which is a clear threat for the Ethiopian national security.
The aim of the research is to determine the impact of the Iraqi public budget on IPSASs by conducting the questionnaire; the research was based on the hypothesis that "there is an impact of the adoption of the International Accounting Standards in the general budget of Iraq”. ... Show MoreIn this study, a cholera model with asymptomatic carriers was examined. A Holling type-II functional response function was used to describe disease transmission. For analyzing the dynamical behavior of cholera disease, a fractional-order model was developed. First, the positivity and boundedness of the system's solutions were established. The local stability of the equilibrium points was also analyzed. Second, a Lyapunov function was used to construct the global asymptotic stability of the system for both endemic and disease-free equilibrium points. Finally, numerical simulations and sensitivity analysis were carried out using matlab software to demonstrate the accuracy and validate the obtained results.

This paper study two stratified quantile regression models of the marginal and the conditional varieties. We estimate the quantile functions of these models by using two nonparametric methods of smoothing spline (B-spline) and kernel regression (Nadaraya-Watson). The estimates can be obtained by solve nonparametric quantile regression problem which means minimizing the quantile regression objective functions and using the approach of varying coefficient models.
