Academic libraries characterized from other libraries in the groups of literacy acquired, and
ways to retrieve this information, where it is supposed supply of various combinations of traditional
sources, electronic information, such as books and references, maps and indexes, CD-ROMs and
service-line and so on, via electronic mediator or via the Internet instead of the mediator paper. The
digital technology has changed the way you work by academic libraries, where confined to the
primary mission of these libraries to provide prompt services to the needs of researchers, professors
and students, and the provision of reading different materials, including electronic sources that
support the curriculum and research in electronic form.
Technology changed all functions of the academic library and research, which enabled the
researcher access to the literature, the professional needs or the full text of journal articles from his
home or office through the computer . One study has shown that the provision of such services
depends on the provision of systems, modern communications, and provide network infrastructure,
and connectivity to databases and information technology and multimedia, but academic libraries in
many countries still lack the provision of basic infrastructure for electronic information.
Many academic libraries have been involved in the projects of digital libraries, and the role of
libraries in the digital world is not only providing information and provide a place for storage in a
building, but to exceed their role more, such as locating method of high-tech to retrieve that
information quickly and easily, by creating a portal and electronic outlets that available to the
pioneers of the possibility of using this technology for the delivery of services to the beneficiary
remote access electronically.
Library Project means establishing electronic links and e-points leading beneficiaries of the
electronic sources available on the Internet by providing a mechanism for search and retrieval. If a
librarians desired to play an active role in this field, they must be to realize these digital
developments and learning them, and bring them to the library for the purpose of providing entry
points for information.
PMMA (Poly methyl methacrylate) is considered one of the most commonly used materials in denture base fabrication due to its ideal properties. Although, a major problem with this resin is the frequent fractures due to heavy chewing forces which lead to early crack and fracture in clinical use. The addition of nanoparticles as filler performed in this study to enhance its selected mechanical properties. The Nano-additive effect investigated in normal circumstances and under a different temperature during water exposure. First, tests applied on the prepared samples at room temperature and then after exposure to water bath at (20, 40, 60) C° respectively. SEM, PSD, EDX were utilized for samples evaluation in this study. Flexural

Experiments were carried out using chelating agents as a cleaning solution at different time and Reynolds’s number. The results of CaCO3 scale removal or (mass transfer rate) (as it is the controlling process) are compared with proposed model of prandtl’s and Taylor particularly based on the concept of analogy among momentum and mass transfer.
Correlation for the variation of Sherwood number ( or mass transfer rate ) with Reynolds’s number have been obtained .

This research addressed the cultural factors that are affecting the communicator in international public relations in light of the theory of the cultural relativism. The research aimed to find out the nature of cultural differences between societies and how can for professionals in international public relations understanding the culture of other and communicate with him peacefully. The researcher used qualitative and interpretative methodology. Some of the important results of the research are: The Communities are affected by cultural factors that are composed from values, customs, traditions, prevailing and inherited ethic, languages, religious beliefs, fashion, gender, colors indi |

In this paper, we propose employment Deferential Evaluation algorithm and the use of Sequential approach to estimate the unknown frequencies and amplitudes of the 2-D sinusoidal components when the signal is affected by noise. Numerical simulation are performed for different sample size, and various level of standard deviation to observe the performance of this method in estimate the parameters of 2-D sinusoidal signal model , This model was used for modeling the Symmetric gray scale texture image and estimating by using

This paper examines the impact of the organizational culture prevailing at the university center, Ali KafiTindouf, on the quality of the educational service provided by the university center Ali KafiTindouf from the point of view of the teachers of the center. The questionnaire method was used to determine the effect between the variables studied, by the distribution of 33 questionnaires on a random sample of the study community.
The study found that the organizational culture prevailing at the university center of Ali KafiTindouf contributed to reaching higher levels in the awareness and quality of the educational service provided by the teachers of the center.<

Show MoreThis paper develops a nonlinear transient three-dimensional heat transfer finite element model and a rate independent three-dimensional deformation model, developed for the CO2 laser welding simulations in Al-6061-T6 alloy. Simulations are performed using an indirect coupled thermal-structural method for the process of welding. Temperature-dependent thermal properties of Al-6061-T6, effect of latent heat of fusion, and the convective and radiative boundary conditions are included in the model. The heat input to the model is assumed to be a Gaussian heat source. The finite element code ANSYS12, along with a few FORTRAN subroutines, are employed to obtain the numerical results. The benefit of the proposed methodology is that it
