1. Measuring expectations of self-efficiency at teachers of secondary schools.
2. Measuring biological skills at teachers of secondary schools.
3. There is no sole or gathering forecasting of forecasting expectations of self-efficiency , may forecasts about biological skills at teachers of secondary schools.
To fulfill aims of the research, the researcher managed measuring of expectations of self-efficiency according to point of view of Bandura for this concept in this research, arranging measure of biological skills according to view of global health, the researcher has made to investigate of truth , constant these two measurements, analyzing statistically their two paragraphs on a sample (460) teachers (males & female) from Karkh 2, Rasafa 2, they were chosen by layer randomly method , with equal method, to analyze results of the research, the researcher uses a group of statistical means as (T-test for two independent sample , coefficient of person linking , Alpha Chronbach equation , analyzing multi-steep )
The researcher has concluded the following results:
The teachers of secondary schools are interesting with good level of expectations of self-efficiency.
The teachers of secondary schools are interesting with good level of biological skills.
There is sole or gathering forecasting of forecasting expectations of self-efficiency , may forecasts about biological skills at teachers of secondary schools.
The primary objective of the present research is to diagnose the most mportant imensions of quality of work life in a sample of individuals working in the Northern Gas Filling Company in Nynawa. The study sample consisted of 140 employees of the Northern Region Filling Company in even ,Through a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. Abstract Drug addiction is considered a criminal behavior, which led the Iraqi legislator to prohibit and criminalize it, imposing penalties on those who use or even approach it. This aims to limit its presence in Iraq and reduce unethical behaviors, leveraging the divine prohibition to curb it. The legislator also encourages media organizations to raise awareness about the dangers of this substance, which has contributed to reducing the phenomenon of drugs in Iraq.
One of the difficulties that the kindergarten institution face is the lack of specialized teachers to work with the children at the kindergarten age for the majority of this stage teachers were prepared to teaech in the elementary stage while the kindergarten child needs ateacher who is aware of the characteristics and the demands of his growth and his behavioral emotional and social problems.
Therefore the best teacher must be chosen for the kindergarten and qualifying her educationally in all that this qualifying includes of knowledge's.
