Abstract:
Al-Hamraa palace considers one of the most important urban traces
that the Arab left behind in Andalus .Muhammed bin Al—Ahmer put its fist
stones then it was finished later by his thrown hirer .The poems of (ibn-
Zumrek)were graved on the palaces doors ,halls, and lion cages with all the
proud and dignity those poems contain.
This search identifies this palace first, then studies the contents of the
poems on Walls ,then the Urban features, and description of the palace sites
,buildings materials ,pillars ,decorations, and the geometrical
Vocabularies in the poems such as spaces , direction ,distance ,and
height.
Then the search describes the technical engineering of words
coordination, the meeting , comprehension, division and varieties in the colors
, pictures, methods and structures .
The symbolic , opposite ,motional pictures were discussed also, it was
found that the diagnostic metaphor is the most famous one because this
palace was supposed to live in the memory of the reader in spite of age and
hard times .
Purpose: clarify the integrative relationship of strategic leadership skills and effective management and the role of those skills combined or individually in achieving effective management.
Research design: The researchers used the quantitative method by surveying a class sample from the heads of the executive departments in a group of Iraqi private banks, consisting of (106) individuals according to the (VUCA Prime) methodology for effective management and the ten skills model for Johansen. Seasonal variations of the species composition and abundance of Cladocera were studied in two stations at the end of the Tigris River and one station at the confluence of the Tigris with Euphrates area, at the beginning of the Shatt Al-Arab River in Al-Qurnah North of Basrah Province, from October 2015 to August 2016. Samples of zooplankton were collected by plankton net 100-µm. mesh size. The population density of Cladocera ranged between 1 Ind /m³ during summer and 211 Ind./m³ during winter at station 1 (Al-Jewaber Bridge).
