Abstract:
Al-Marba'aniyah, which is a long cold wave, was defined by ancient
Iraqis. It represents the coldest days in Iraq. In this research paper, a new
scale was put to define it. It shows that the period between the minimum
temperature degree recoded in December and the minimum temperature
degree recorded in January is considered to be the period of Al-Marba'aniyah.
The research concluded that Al-Marba'aniyah is unsteady and it changes in
the days of its occurrence. It was also concluded that the dates of the
beginning and the end of Al-Marba'aniyah are unsteady, too. Moreover, it was
found out that each of the Siberian high, European high, and finally the
subtropical high are the responsible systems for the beginning and the end of
Al-Marba'aniyah. In addition to this, it was concluded that during the evolution
of Al-Marba'aniyah, the tropical ridge (Geopotential high 500 mb)
enormously associates with the surface high pressure and that, during the
decay of Al- Al-Marba'aniyah, the cold troughs enormously associates with the
surface high pressure.
The research came in order to take note of the types of inscription and to clarify its provisions and to show some of the possibilities of Islamic law in the sales side and its ability to influence in Islamic markets, and to achieve the required level and appropriate of the transactional results by activating them in economic life, and give a clear picture of the performance of selling in the law and the possibility of applying one of Its uses in this aspect, and enable them to take advantage of the method of explicitly sell without the injustice of others as one of those useful sales uses.
The research presented the tagged (aesthetic and expressive characteristics in the works of Jean Dubuffet), so the research objective was: to know the aesthetic and expressive characteristics in the works of (Jean Dubuffet), and the research included four chapters. The research addresses the specification table and the extent of its use in developing achievement tests, as well as detects the obstacles to its use through a sample of (120) respondents from the faculty members in some Baghdad schools and colleges.
