In this article, an inverse problem of finding timewise-dependent thermal conductivity has been investigated numerically. Numerical solution of forward (direct) problem has been solved by finite-difference method (FDM). Whilst, the inverse (indirect) problem solved iteratively using Lsqnonlin   routine  from MATLAB. Initial guess for unknown coefficient expressed by explicit relation   based on nonlocal overdetermination conditions and intial input data .The obtained numrical results are presented and discussed in several figures and tables. These results are accurate and stable even in the presense of noisy data.

A new, effective, simple and inexpensive method was developed for determination the amounts of Ciprofloxacin HCl in solutions and in tablets by spectrophotometry and turbidity using sodium tungstate as reagent. The concentrations of heavy metals in the studied samples including, Cr, Mg, Mn, Zn, Fe, Cd, Ni, Pb and Ag, were determining by using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The Plerion nebula is characterized by its pulsar that fills the center of the supernova remnant with radio and X-ray frequencies. In our galaxy there are nine naked plerionic systems known, of which the Crab Nebula is the best-known example. It has been studied this instance in order to investigate how the pulsar energy affect on the distribution and evolution of the remnant as well as study the pulsar kick velocity and its influence on the remnant.
