Background: In the traditional protocol, the patient should wait after extraction up to six months to place the dental implant in healed bone, this waiting time accompanied by varying degrees of alveolar bone changes. In order to overcome these problems, immediate implant placement in the fresh extraction socket was introduced. The Aim of this study was to evaluate the outcome of the immediate implant placement utilizing Resonance Frequency Analysis (RFA) to quantify implant stability and osseointegration. Materials and Methods: A total of (23) patients participated in the study, receiving (44) implants placed in the sockets of teeth indicated for extraction. Clinical and radiographic preoperative assessment was accomplished for each patient, β-TCP (combined with collagen membrane) was used to fill gaps ≥ (2 mm) and to repair bone defects. Implant stability quotient (ISQ) values were measured for the implants at baseline and at 16 weeks. Postoperative clinical and radiographic evaluation was applied for each patient. Results: A total of (22) patients received (41) implants completed the follow-up period, all these implants survived (100% survival rate) with no signs and symptoms of failure. The mean of ISQ value at baseline was (65.32±9.50), the mean of ISQ value at 16 weeks was (69.78±7.15), paired samples statistic showed high significant increase in the implant stability (P<0.01). Application of guided bone regeneration (GBR) showed no significant difference on ISQ value at baseline and at (16 weeks), but ISQ values increased significantly in GBR cases during the healing period. Conclusions: Immediate implant placement is a predictable treatment approach; it has the benefit of reducing treatment time and the numbers of surgical procedures when careful preoperative examination and appropriate intraoperative protocol is applied.
To achieve excellence in the quality of performance in school sports administration, which has suffered a lot of problems and constraints on the administrative system, supervision and education level as well as the regulatory environment and available resources available and contribute to the provision of some processors and overcome difficulties to participate in the formation of the individual good of itself and society through sports activities. Retinol binding protein (RBP4) was known as transpoter of retinol from its storage sites in the liver to the extrahepatic tissues. Moreover, RBP4 acts as adipokine and contributes in the pathophsyology of prototypic inflammatory disease, rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The results showed a significant increas

To develop a valid and reliable shortened version of the Workplace Activity Limitation Scale 12 (WALS‐12) for assessing work productivity limitations in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients.
A cross‐sectional study involving 277 RA patients was conducted. An exploratory factor analysis on WALS‐12 was used for item reduction on the first sample. Then confirmatory factor ana
The present investigation aims to determine the effects of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) on biotransformation and antioxidant genes and the protective effects of curcumin, present in turmeric (Curcuma longa) powder (TMP). Specifically, the study included four groups of albino mice were fed for 30 days on diet Group I: Control, Group II: animals fed on the conventional basal diet supplemented with 0.5% food grade TMP that supplied 74 mg/kg total curcuminoids. Group III contained animals reared on conventional basal diet supplemented with 1.0 ppm AFB1 supplied by ground aflatoxin culture material (760 ppm AFB1). Finally, Group IV comprised of albino mice fed with basal diet supplemented with 1.0 ppm AFB1 and 0.5% TMP that supplied 74 mg/kg of the
