The research aims to identify decent work and its impact in enhancing job immersion. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool to analyze the sample responses of (81) workers to represent an estimated response rate of (88 per cent) out of the total population of (92) individuals. from side effect on human health. One of these drugs is vincristine this study, the
chemopreventive potency of the crude extract ofIn Eruca Sativa Mill Which have a good
reputation as antioxidant and anticancer against chromosomal aberration and suppressed
mitotic index in bonemarrow cells of male albino mice treated with 50µ1 of vincristine

A study on solvent extraction of Tellurium with Anthranilic acid in

water has been made. The effect of different parameters such as type of medium, time of equilibration, concentration of metal ion, solvent polarity and effect of anions and  catins distribution  ratio of tellrim (IV) were evaluated. The stoichometric ratio of the extracted species is determined  by using two methods suh as slope analysis and mole ratio method and found to be (M: L) (1:4). The instability constant of complex was calculated as well.
