Abstract
Objectives: The study aims to: (1) Find out the relationship among participants’ age, body mass index (BMI), and Health Belief Model (HBM) related to colorectal examinations among graduate students. (2) Investigate the differences in Health Belief Model constructs between the groups of age, gender, marital status, and education level among graduate students.
Methodology: A descriptive correlational study design which conducted in the College of Fine Arts – University of Baghdad. A convenience sample of 80 graduate students were included in this study. The data were collected by using a self-reported questionnaire which consisted of two parts (I) socio-demographic characteristics (II) Colorectal Cancer Screening Beliefs Scale. The statistical package for social science (SPSS) for windows Version 24 was used for data analyses.
Results: The study finding revealed that the participants’ age mean was 39.82. There was no significant association between all Model constructs and each of age and BMI. While, there was a positive significant association between participants’ perceived susceptibility of contracting colorectal cancer and their perceived severity of colorectal cancer. Furthermore, there was a statistically significant difference in the cues to action related to performing colorectal examinations between education level groups.
Recommendations: Future studies and instructional programs based on the Health Belief Model are needed on various segments of the Iraqi population with the goal of changing the public’s beliefs about performing colorectal examinations.
Objective: The aim of the research is to prepare skilled mental exercises according to spatial and temporal perceptions and the awareness of the strength of young pole-vaulters, and to recognize the impact of these exercises on improving the indicators of electrical activity of working muscles and some special physical abilities and accomplishing this effectiveness Research methodology: The researcher used the experimental curriculum (one experimental group), and included the sample of research on (5) two joint jumpers in the Iraqi club championship, all from the center of talent in athletics, the sample is trained on the same curriculum prepared by the coach himself but accompanied by a mental training approach that Prepared by the

The azo ligand (L) was characterized utilizing spectroscopic techniques, including FTIR, UV-Vis, 1H and 13C NMR, as well as mass spectrometry and micro-elemental analysis (C.H.N). Metal complexes containing Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) were synthesized and analyzed through mass spectrometry, flame atomic absorption, elemental analysis (C.H.N), infrared and UV-Vis spectroscopy, along with measurements of conductivity and magnetic properties. The experimental findings suggested that all met

This experiment examined the effects of adding sodium alginate and KOJIC acid as substitutes of Conventional antibiotics to soybean lecithin extender on the characteristics of cryopreserved and frozen buffalo bull semen, as well as evaluation of their additions as antibiotics that to help lowering the microbial load. Following the collection and dilution of in the soybean lecithin extender, the experimental treatments were separated into five groups, as follows: T1: (control-) without adding any antibiotics; T2: (control+) adding the conventional antibiotics Gentamicin 0.4 IU and Tylosin 0.08 IU per 100 ml; T3: adding Kojic acid at (0.06 g/L) T4: adding sodium alginate at (0.6 mg/mL)T
A literary-educational work is a work that explains wisdom to the reader and presents moral, educational and instructional issues in a literary form. It has been reported that the progression of CP causes shifting of the balance between bone formation and resorption toward osteoclastic resorption, and this will lead to the release of collagenous bone breakdown products into the local tissues and the systemic circulation. Cross-linked N-telopeptide of type I collagen (NTx) is the amino-terminal peptides of type I collagen which is released during the process of bone resorption. This study was conducted to determine the effects of nonsurgical periodontal therapy on serum level of NTx in type 2 diabetic patients
