The current research aims to identify the achievement of goals and the significance of the differences in achieving goals according to the variable of gender (male-female), specialization (scientific-human), and the stage (Master-PhD) for postgraduate students. Concentrated research problem by low satisfaction of the human element, which is the mainstay key to the success of organizations and achieve their goals, so it has to be interest in it, and work to his satisfaction and the achievement of its objectives, has prevailed belief in special cases that the human element is forced to work, have resulted from that neglect, especially in the non-governmental organizations , and thus a marked decline in the performance of employees in government agencies, and thus became necessary to search for a solution of the problem and by improving satisfaction.                         

The study aimed to identify the future thinking skills of university students and which of these skills are prevalent. The sample of the study consisted of (400) male and female students from the university students. In order to achieve the goals of the research, the researcher built a measure of future thinking skills based on Torrance theory (2003). Psychometric properties of the standards were extracted, which are represented by honesty and consistency and the application of the measures to the research sample. The researchers found that Future thinking skills of university students, and that the skill of future planning is the most common skill among the research sample.

The current research was aimed at the following:
1. Measurement of   Boldness among the students of  university.

2. Identify the differences in Boldness between university students according to variable of Sex (male / female) and variable of Specialization (scientific / literary).

To achieve this aims of the research, the researcher set up the instrument is scale of the Boldness that consistent (34) item, and the researcher applying this scale on the sample amounted to (200) student of  University. Then   after data processing statistically, the researcher reached the following results:
