Background: The anterior knee pain is an important chief complaint of the patients with knee osteoarthritis due to patellofemoral pathology. The pain receptors denervation can be achieved by circumferential denervation of the patellar area by a process of electrocautery.

Objectives: The aim of current study is to assess the pain after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) by patelloplastywith and without circumferential denervation via electrocautery at a minimum follow up with 1 year separately for each patient.

During period from September 2012 to August 2013, concentration of total Trihalomethanes (TTHMs) was assessed in drinking water in Al-Dora and Al-Rasheed purification plants. 216 samples were collected from final basins of chlorination in purification plants and from sites that distributed among residential areas fed by the project. TTHMs concentration did not exceed (0.15 ppm) which is the maximum limits according to Iraqi standard specification for drinking water. The highest value was in July (0.12 ppm) and the lowest value was in November (0.01 ppm).

Scheduling problems have been treated as single criterion problems until recently. Many of these problems are computationally hard to solve three as single criterion problems. However, there is a need to consider multiple criteria in a real life scheduling problem in general. In this paper, we study the problem of scheduling jobs on a single machine to minimize total tardiness subject to maximum earliness or tardiness for each job. This paper presents a numerical scheme for solving nonlinear time-fractional differential equations in the sense of Caputo. This method relies on the Laplace transform together with the modified Adomian method (LMADM), compared with the Laplace transform combined with the standard Adomian Method (LADM). Furthermore, for the comparison purpose, we applied LMADM and LADM for solving nonlinear time-fractional differential equations to identify the differences and similarities. Finally, we provided two examples regarding the nonlinear time-fractional differential equations, which showed that the convergence of the current scheme results in high accuracy and small frequency to solve this type of equations.
