Objective: The aims of present study to detect the effectiveness of instruction program of non-pharmacological guideline on blood pressure and laboratory test.

Methodology: A pre-experimental study was conducted in Al-Sader Teaching Hospital   from 8^th of September 2019 to 25^th of May 2020, in order to find out the effectiveness of instruction program concerning non-pharmacological guideline on controlling essential hypertension among patients. A new turbidimetric-flow injection method is described for the determination of chlorpromazine HCl in pure and pharmaceutical preparation. The method is characterized by simplicity, sensitivity and fast, it is based on formation of ion pair compound between chlorpromazine HCl and Potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) in an acid medium for the formation of greenish yellow precipitate. This precipitate was determined using homemade Linear Array Ayah 5SX1-T-1D continuous flow injection analyser. Optimum concentrations of chemical reactants, physical instrumental conditions have been investigated. It discusses some of the problems of translating Holy Qur’an verses that contain words so opposite in meaning to another word.
