Influence of MHD and Porous Media on Peristaltic Transport for Nanofluids in An Asymmetric Channel

The aim of this  paper is to discuss the influence of nanoparticles and porous media, and magnetic field on the peristaltic flow transport of a couple stress fluid in an asymmetric channel with different wave forms of non-Newtonian fluid. Initially, mathematical modeling of the two dimensions and two directional flows of a couple stress fluid with a nanofluid is first given and then simplified beneath hypothesis of the long wave length and the low Reynolds number approximation. After making these approximations, we will obtain associated nonlinear differential equations. Then, the exact solutions of the temperature distribution, nanoparticle concentration, velocity, stream function, and pressure gradient will be calculated. Finally, the results of drawings for many physical parameters that are of importance for examining the behavior of fluid flow quantities are discussed.

An Analytical Solution for the Maximum Tensile Stress and Stress Concentration Factor Investigations for Standard, Asymmetric fillets, Asymmetric Pressure Angle and Profile Shifted Helical and Spur Gears

This research introduces a developed analytical method to determine the nominal and maximum tensile stress and investigate the stress concentration factor. The required tooth fillets parametric equations and gears dimensions have been reformulated to take into account the asymmetric fillets radiuses, asymmetric pressure angle, and profile shifting non-standard modifications. An analytical technique has been developed for the determination of tooth weakest section location for standard, asymmetric fillet radiuses, asymmetric pressure angle and profile shifted involute helical and spur gears. Moreover, an analytical equation to evaluate gear tooth-loading angle at any radial distance on the involute profile of spur and hel

Influence of MHD on Some Oscillating Motions of a Fractional Burgers' Fluid

This paper presents a study for the influence of magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) on the oscillating flows of fractional Burgers’ fluid. The fractional calculus approach in the constitutive relationship model is introduced and a fractional Burgers’ model is built. The exact solution of the oscillating motions of a fractional Burgers’ fluid due to cosine and sine oscillations of an infinite flat plate are established with the help of integral transforms (Fourier sine and Laplace transforms). The expressions for the velocity field and the resulting shear stress that have been obtained, presented under integral and series form in terms of the generalized Mittag-Leffler function, satisfy all imposed initial and boundary conditions. Influence of MHD for Newtonian Fluid and Heat Transfer in Microchannals between Two Parallel Plates Using HAM

The aim of this paper is the study of the influence magnetic field on steady state
flows and heat transfer in microchannels between two parallel plates.
It is found that the motion equations are controlled by many dimensionless
parameter, namely magnetic field parameter M Reynolds number Re, physical
quantity at wall W and Knudsen number Kn also found that the energy equations
are controlled by many dimensionless parameter, namely magnetic field parameter
M Reynolds number Re, physical quantity at wall W and Knudsen number Kn ,
Prinkman number Br and Peclet number Pe.
The equations which controlled this type of fluid flow are complicated, so finding
an analytical solution is not easy.
We obtained the velocit

Influence of Laser Irradiation Times on Properties of Porous Silicon

Porous silicon (P-Si) has been produced in this work by photoelectrochemical (PEC) etching process. The irradiation has been achieved using diode laser of (2 W) power and 810 nm wavelength. The influence of various irradiation times on the properties of P-Si material such as P-Si layer thickness, surface aspect, pore diameter and the thickness of walls between pores as well as porosity and etching rate was investigated by depending on the scanning electron micrograph (SEM) technique and gravimetric measurements.

Influence of heat transfer on Magneto hydrodynamics oscillatory flow for Williamson fluid through a porous medium

In this paper, we have examined the influence of heat- transfer on the magnetohydrodynamics oscillatory flow of Williamson fluid during porous medium for two types of geometries "Poiseuille flow and Couette flow". We use perturbation technique in terms of the Weissenberg number to obtain explicit forms for velocity profiles. The results that obtained are illustrated by graphs.

Influence of Dielectric Media on the Plasma Characteristics in DBD Discharge

The study of the surface plasma characteristics under atmospheric pressure is a new branch and tool in physics. Building generation dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) system at atmospheric pressure and studying its thermal characterizations. The discharge was produced by applying a high voltage of 20 kV with a frequency of 8 kHz. The thermal characterization was done by measuring discharge temperature for different horizontal surface areas and different types of insulating material. The results indicated that the effect of the area and the type of insulator affect the discharge (increasing or decreasing) according to the operation conditions because they affect, as expected, the DBD . The plasma temperature increased with the decr

Investigation of Factors Influencing Dispersion of Liquid Hydrocarbons in Porous Media

An experimental work has been done to study the major factors that affect the axial dispersion of some hydrocarbons during liquid-liquid miscible displacement. Kerosene and gas oil are used as displacing phase while seven liquid hydrocarbons of high purity represent the displaced phase, three of the liquids are aromatics and the rest are of paraffinic base. In conducting the experiments, two packed beds of different porosity and permeability are used as porous media.

The results showed that the displacement process is not a piston flow, breakthrough of displacing fluids are shown before one pore volume has been injected. The processes are stable with no evidence of viscous fingering.

Dispersion model as a

An Image Coding and Embedding Strategy Based on Channel Variations and DNA Sequences

The digital multimedia systems become standard at this time because of their extremely sensory activity effects and also the advanced development in its corresponding technology. Recently, biological techniques applied to several varieties of applications such as authentication protocols, organic chemistry, and cryptography. Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) is a tool to hide the key information in multimedia platforms.
In this paper, an embedding algorithm is introduced; first, the image is divided into equally sized blocks, these blocks checked for a small amount color in all the separated blocks. The selected blocks are used to localize the necessary image information. In the second stage, a comparison is between the initial image pixel
