Proposed KDBSCAN Algorithm for Clustering
...Show More Authors

Science, technology and many other fields are use clustering algorithm widely for many applications, this paper presents a new hybrid algorithm called KDBSCAN that work on improving k-mean algorithm and solve two of its
problems, the first problem is number of cluster, when it`s must be entered by user, this problem solved by using DBSCAN algorithm for estimating number of cluster, and the second problem is randomly initial centroid problem that has been dealt with by choosing the centroid in steady method and removing randomly choosing for a better results, this work used DUC 2002 dataset to obtain the results of KDBSCAN algorithm, it`s work in many application fields such as electronics libraries, biology and marketing, the KDBSCAN algorithm that described in this paper has better results than traditional K-mean and DBSCAN algorithms in many aspects, its
preform stable result with lower entropy.

The natural courses of keratometric, pachymetric and visual acuity outcomes during 1year follow up after corneal collagen cross-linking
...Show More Authors

Background: As photochemical reaction that can stiffen the cornea, CXL is the only promising method of preventing progression of keratectasia such as KC and secondary ectasia following refractive surgery. The aim of CXL is to stabilize the underlying condition with a small chance of visual improvement. Objective: To show the sequences of changes in visual acuity and topographic outcomes during 1 year post CXL for patients with progressive Keratoconus.Type of the study: Cross sectional studyMethods: CXL procedure was done for 45 eyes with progressive KC. The following parameters had been monitored pre operatively, 1, 3, 6 and 12 months postoperatively: K apex, K2, corneal thickness at thinnest location, anterior and posterior elevation po

On Commutativity of Prime and Semiprime - Rings with Reverse Derivations
...Show More Authors

Let M be a weak Nobusawa -ring and γ be a non-zero element of Γ. In this paper, we introduce concept of k-reverse derivation, Jordan k-reverse derivation, generalized k-reverse derivation, and Jordan generalized k-reverse derivation of Γ-ring, and γ-homomorphism, anti-γ-homomorphism of M. Also, we give some commutattivity conditions on γ-prime Γ-ring and γ-semiprime Γ-ring .

Data Hiding in 3D Model Based on Surface Properties
...Show More Authors

Data hiding strategies have recently gained popularity in different fields; Digital watermark technology was developed for hiding copyright information in the image visually or invisibly. Today, 3D model technology has the potential to alter the field because it allows for the production of sophisticated structures and forms that were previously impossible to achieve. In this paper, a new watermarking method for the 3D model is presented. The proposed method is based on the geometrical and topology properties of the 3D model surface to increase the security. The geometrical properties are based on computing the mean curvature for a surface and topology based on the number of edges around each vertex, the vertices

Study of the nuclear structure of halo nuclei 23O and 24F using the two-body model
...Show More Authors

The nuclear structure included the matter, proton and neutron densities of the ground state, the nuclear root-mean-square (rms) radii and elastic form factors of one neutron 23O and 24F halo nuclei have been studied by the two body model of  within the harmonic oscillator (HO) and Woods-Saxon (WS) radial wave functions. The calculated results show that the two body model within the HO and WS radial wave functions succeed in reproducing neutron halo in these exotic nuclei. Moreover, the Glauber model at high energy has been used to calculated the rms radii and reaction cross section of these nuclei.

Feature Extraction of Human Facail Expressions Using Haar Wavelet and Neural network
...Show More Authors

One of the challenging and active research topics in the recent years is Facial Expression. This paper presents the method to extract the features from the facial expressions from still images. Feature extraction is very important for classification and recognition process. This paper involve three stages which contain capture the images, pre-processing and feature extractions. This method is very efficient in feature extraction by applying haar wavelet and Karhunen-Loève Transform (KL-T). The database used in this research is from Cohen-Kanade which used six expressions of anger, sadness fear, happiness, disgust and surprise. Features that have been extracted from the image of facial expressions were used as inputs to the neural networ

Car Logo Image Extraction and Recognition using K-Medoids, Daubechies Wavelets, and DCT Transforms
...Show More Authors

Recognizing cars is a highly difficult task due to the wide variety in the appearance of cars from the same car manufacturer. Therefore, the car logo is the most prominent indicator of the car manufacturer. The captured logo image suffers from several problems, such as a complex background, differences in size and shape, the appearance of noise, and lighting circumstances. To solve these problems, this paper presents an effective technique for extracting and recognizing a logo that identifies a car. Our proposed method includes four stages: First, we apply the k-medoids clustering method to extract the logo and remove the background and noise. Secondly, the logo image is converted to grayscale and also converted to a binary imag

Intuitionistic Fuzzy Ideals of KU-Semigroups
...Show More Authors

In this work, we introduce an intuitionistic fuzzy ideal on a KU-semigroup as a generalization of the fuzzy ideal of a KU-semigroup. An intuitionistic fuzzy k-ideal and some related properties are studied. Also, a number of characteristics of the intuitionistic fuzzy k-ideals are discussed. Next, we introduce the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy k-ideals under homomorphism along with the Cartesian products.

The current study aimed to investigate the viability of biofilm formation klebsilla pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus. 440 urine samples were collected from patients suffering from urinary tract infection (UTI) from those who were admitted and visitors to Al-Ramadi Teaching Hospital, Al-Yarmouk Teaching Hospital, Al-Ramadi Teaching Hospital for women and children and , Teaching Laboratories in the Medical City for both genders for a period extended from 5 July, 2017 to 10 October, 2017. Samples were diagnosed by culturing them on a selective media and by biochemical testes , also, diagnosis was ensured by using VITEK-2 compact system. Results showed that K.pneumoniae isolation ratio was 17.1%(68) and S.aureus ratio was 13.1%(52). Thei

Two hundred and ten specimens include urine, blood and ear swab were collected from different hospitals in Baghdad city; 85 (40%) isolates were diagnosed as Proteus spp. with (82%), (11.7%) and (5.8%) represented in urine, blood and ear swab specimens respectively. PCR technique was shown 30 (35.3%) isolates were positive for specific Urease C gene that used in rapid detection of Proteus vulgaris. The ability for chondritinase production was checked invetro and invevo, 24 (80%) isolates of P. vulgaris were showed ablity to chondritinase production and the isolate (p17) has higher enzyme activity value to (175.2U/ml). The Chondroitinase was purified by three short steps only included precipitate with 60% saturated of ammonium sulfate, dia

Comparison of Some Statistical Measurements Extracted From Benign, Malignant and Normal MRI Brain Images
...Show More Authors

People may believe that tissue of normal brain and brain with benign tumor
have the same statistical descriptive measurements that are significantly different
from the of brain with malignant tumor. Thirty brain tumor images were collected
from thirty patients with different complains (10 normal brain images, 10 images
with benign brain tumor and 10 images with malignant brain tumor). Pixel
intensities are significantly different for all three types of images and the F-test was
measured and found equal to 25.55 with p-value less than 0.0001. The means of
standard deviations and coefficients of variation showed that pixel intensities from
normal and benign tumors images are almost have the same behavior whereas the
