Conclusion Empirical Equations of Asymmetry Parameter for Magic Nuclei in N for()α,n Reaction of Incident Neutron Energy (14.5 MeV)
...Show More Authors

In this study, the magic nuclei is divided into two groups, one of them is light group and the other is middle group, it was calculated shell corrections for all nuclei, and also it was concluded the relationship between cross sections for nuclear reactions ()α,n and the mass number (A) for all nuclei to incident neutrons (14.5 MeV). We found empirical equations to asymmetry parameter (N-Z)/A as function of mass number and for that two groups: for A=38 to A=40 light nuclei.()0534.10263.0+−=−AAZN for A=50 to A=89 middle nuclei. ()408.00151.00001.02−+=−AAAZN for A=90 to A=144 middle nuclei. ()0711.10221

Molecular Detection of Suspected Leishmania Isolates Using Polymerase Chain Reaction
...Show More Authors

Leishmaniasis is a widespread parasitic disease that occurs as a result of infection with a unicellular parasite belonging to the genus Leishmania. Diagnosis by conventional methods is inaccurate and is not sensitive to confirm the genus infection. Here, we have investigated a methods for Leishmania genus diagnosis, which includes the technique of polymerase chain reaction to detect the presence of the parasite at in vitro for promastigote cultures using three genus-specific primer pairs to amplify HSP70, ITS, and ITS2. The results showed single band of ~1422, ~1020, and ~550 respectively. This study has proved the ability of these primer pairs to detect Leishmania infection and recommend them to be used for detection of leishmaniasis in

Characterization of CdS nanoparticles Prepared by Liquid – Liquid Interface Reaction
...Show More Authors

Liquid – liquid interface reaction is one of the method to prepare nanoparticles, the preparation of nanoparticles depends on the super saturation of ions which can satisfy by layered two immiscible liquid (toluene and deionized (DI) water). The XRD-diffraction analysis give a mix structure from hexagonal and cubic and the average grain size is 7.73 nm using Sherrer relation and 9.54 nm using Williamson –Hall method. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Showed that the size of particles around 3 nm which is comparable with Bohr radius of CdS.
From UV-Visible spectrum analysis which use two model to estimate the radius of particles , the first one is effective mass approximate (EMA) model and the second one is tight binding model

In this research, we study the dynamics of one parameter family of meromorphic functions . Furthermore, we describe the nature of fixed points of the functions in ,and we explain the numbers of real fixed points depending on the critical point . So, we develop some necessary conditions for the convergence of the sequence when .

The Effect of Cigarette and Water Pipe Smoking on Some of Blood Parameter
...Show More Authors

Current study aimed to investigate the effect of cigarette and water pipe smoking on smoker immunity comparing to non smoker. Twenty blood samples were collected from smoker students and twenty blood samples from non smoker students from Baghdad university in 2014.The results showed that there was increase in W.B.Cs total count in smoker group comparing to non smoker in a significant differences P<0.05. The differential W.B.Cs count results shows that there are increase was neutrophiles and Monocytes while there is decrease in lymphocytes in smoker group comparing to non smokers in a significant differences P<0.05 .Also the results revealed that there is an increase in percentage of phagocytosis to Staphyllociccus aureus bacteria b

On the Estimation of Stress-Strength Model Reliability Parameter of Power Rayleigh Distribution
...Show More Authors

The aim of this paper is to estimate a single reliability system (R = P, Z > W) with a strength Z subjected to a stress W in a stress-strength model that follows a power Rayleigh distribution. It proposes, generates and examines eight methods and techniques for estimating distribution parameters and reliability functions. These methods are the maximum likelihood estimation(MLE), the exact moment estimation (EMME), the percentile estimation (PE), the least-squares estimation (LSE), the weighted least squares estimation (WLSE) and three shrinkage estimation methods (sh1) (sh2) (sh3). We also use the mean square error (MSE) Bias and the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) to compare the estimation methods. Both theoretical c

Possible Effects of Vitamin D3 and Levofloxacin on Selected Hematology Parameter of Rats
...Show More Authors

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin with antioxidant and DNA protecting properties , Levofloxacin is a member of the fluoroquinolone drug class, Its broad-spectrum bactericidal effect affects both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

The goal of the study is to analyze the haematology analysis in rats received levofloxacin and show the preventive impact of vitamin D3 by analyzing the haematology parameters: packed cell volume (PCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),haemoglobin (HB), red blood cell (RBC), mean corpuscular volume (MCV),meancorpuscular haemoglobin(MCH), WBC ,differential WBC, and Platelets.

The study included 42 rats divided into 6 groups each group 7 rats. group I negative control

Many of the signs that the global energy system indicate the start of a period of transition from total dependence on fossil energy sources, especially oil, into a new era in which alternative energy sources play an important role in meeting the growing needs of energy demand, so sought many of the developed countries through research the studies carried out to try to bring renewable energy sources and non-renewable (shale oil, oil sands, solar energy, wind energy .... etc) replace traditional fossil energy sources (oil, gas, coal) and despite the recent availability dramatically and spread throughout the the world, but they are going to dry up in the foreseeable future. So many countries, especially the developed sought to find

Energy band diagram of In2O3/ Si heterojunction
...Show More Authors

Crystalline In2O3 Thin films have been prepared by flash evaporation. We have studied the crystal structure of as deposited at 303K and annealed at 523K using X-ray diffraction. The Hall Effect measurements confirmed that electrons were predominant charges in the conduction process (i.e n-type).It is found that the absorption coefficient of the prepared films decreases with increasing Ta. The d.c conductivity study showed that the conductivity increase with increasing Ta , whereas the activation energy decreases with increasing Ta. Also we study the barrier tunneling diode for In2O3/Si heterostructure grown by Flash evaporation technique. (capacitance-voltage C-V) spectroscopy measurements were performed at 303 K and at the annealing temper

New Mode of On- Line Automation: Chemilumino-Fluoro Metric Method for the Determination of Hydrogen Peroxide by Fluorescence Energy Transfer Using Ploy Acrylic Acid Gel Beads
...Show More Authors

Hydrogen peroxide was determined by a new , accurate , sensitive and rapid method via continuous mode of FIA coupled with total luminescence measurement which include the chemiluminescence generated ,based on the oxidation of Luminol which is loaded on poly acrylic acid gel beads by hydrogen peroxide in presence of Cobalt (II) ion as a chemiluminescence catalyst and the fluorescence that was created by the insitu radiation of the released chemiluminescence light. Fluorescien molecule was used as an accepter fluorophore where it is irradiated internally and instantly by the generation of luminol chemiluminescence light as internal source for irradiation of fluorescien molecule (Fluorescence Energy Transfer (FRET) ) . It can easily give fl
