Comparative literature is one of the important research topics in finding new relations and results that other types of studies do not allow.

The present research is a comparative study between two contemporary poets : Al-Sayyab and Prévert. The reason for accomplishing this research is Al-Sayyab’s reading for the western literature. Moreover, the study sheds a light on translational criticism.

Cette étude traite d’un sujet vital du droit administratif, qui fait l’objet de l’intervention du juge des contrats dans l'exécution des contrats administratifs à travers recours des contentieux pleins concernant des litiges des contrats administratifs. Cette intervention prévoit la sanction appropriée des manquements de contrat afin de parvenir à la bonne exécution du contrat.

L’étude commence par examiner le premier aspect de l’intervention du juge, c’est-à-dire l’intervention indirecte, à travers l'action en responsabilité contractuelle d’abord, et la recours en interprétation du contrat ensuite.  Five fish species were collected from Tigris river at Al-Adhamiyah region, Baghdad during the period from September to December 2011. These fishes were examined for ectoparasites. They were infected with 13 species of parasites which included one species of ciliated protozoans and 12 species of monogeneans. Among such parasites, Ligophorus imitans Euzet et Suriano, 1977 is reported for the first time in Iraq. In addition, eight new host records in Iraq were reported in the present study.

Let R be a commutative ring with identity and let Mbe a unitary R-module. We shall say that a proper submodule N of M is nearly S-primary (for short NS-primary), if whenever , , with  implies that either  or there exists a positive integer n, such that , where  is the Jacobson radical of M. In this paper we give some new results of NS-primary submodule. Moreover some characterizations of these classes of submodules are obtained.

In this paper we say that is nearly semiprime, if whenever , implies ( ),(in short ),where ( )is the Jacobson radical of . We give many results of this type of submodules.

  Let R be a commutative ring with unity and let M be a unitary R-module. Let N be a proper submodule of M, N is called a coprime submodule if   is a coprime R-module, where   is a coprime R-module if for any r  R, either O      r or     r .         In this paper we study coprime submodules and give many properties related with this concept.

Modern French novel has gained a distinctive status in the history of French literature during the first half of the twentieth century. This is due to many factors including the new literary descriptive objective style adopted by novelists like Alain Robbe – Grillet that  has long been regarded as the outstanding writer of the nouveau roman, as well as its major spokesman, a representative writer and a leading theoretician of the new novel that has broken the classical rules of the one hero and evolved, through questioning the relationship of man and the world and  reevaluating the limits of contemporary fiction , into  creating a new form of narrative.
