Aspergillus flavus isolates which are considered on conidial shape through microscopic examination and mycelial colour through cultural properties . Primary screening for the ability of A. flavus isolates for aflatoxin production was determined using A.flavus parasiticus agar medium (AFPA) as well , 7 isolates from 11 isolates give a positive result by the presence of bright yellow-orange pigments indicated the presence of aflatoxins. Molecular genetics techniques using DNA polymorphism have been increasingly used to characterize and identify genetic diversity and relationships among eleven A. flavus isolated from different source using the ISSR(inter simple sequence repeats) technique. Three universal primers designed at University of British Columbia (UBC 809 , UBC 810, UBC 811) were produced (18) main bands of these bands, 53 bands were polymorphic. The size of the amplified bands ranged between 100-1,500 bp. The genetic polymorphism value of each primer was ranged between 16.98-74.4%. In terms of unique banding patterns, determine the finger print for one isolate the most characteristic banding pattern was for the isolate number 5 with primer UBS primer No.809. Genetic distances ranged from 0.12599 to 0.93644 among A.flavus isolates. Cluster analyses were performed to construct a dendrogram placed most of the A. flavus was isolated from the different source at the same main group.
Viscosity (η) of solutions of 1-butanol, sec-butanol, isobutanol and tert-butanol were investigated in aqueous solution structures of ranged composition from 0.55 to 1 mol.dm-3 at 298.15 K. The data of (η/η˳) were evaluated based on reduced Jone - Dole equation; η/η˳ =BC+1. In the term of B value, the consequences based on solute-solvent interaction in aqueous solutions of alcohols were deliberated. The outcomes of this paper discloses that alcohols act as structure producers in the water. Additionally, it has shown that solute-solvent with interacting activity of identical magnitude is in water-alcohol system

This study was carried out to determine the effects of NaCl (0.00, 50, 100, 150, 180 or 200) mM and two different types of mutagens chemical mutagen ethyl methyl sulphonate (EMS) at 0.5% and physical mutagen UV-B irradiation (40 min time exposure), on mitotic division in two Iraqi rice genotypes Amber 33 (A33) and Amber Baghdad (AB). Different concentrations of NaCl were used. Mitotic index (MI %) was decreased significantly by increasing NaCl concentration, however the highest mitotic index was recorded in mutated genotypes with EMS and UV-B. In this paper, some basic notions and facts in the b-modular space similar to those in the modular spaces as a type of generalization are given. For example, concepts of convergence, best approximate, uniformly convexity etc. And then, two results about relation between semi compactness and approximation are proved which are used to prove a theorem on the existence of best approximation for a semi-compact subset of b-modular space.
