In this paper we investigate the use of two types of local search methods (LSM), the Simulated Annealing (SA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), to solve the problems ( ) and . The results of the two LSMs are compared with the Branch and Bound method and good heuristic methods. This work shows the good performance of SA and PSO compared with the exact and heuristic methods in terms of best solutions and CPU time.

In this paper, we deal with games of fuzzy payoffs problem while there is uncertainty in data. We use the trapezoidal membership function to transform the data into fuzzy numbers and utilize the three different ranking function algorithms.   In this paper, we introduce a new class of sets, namely , s*g--open sets and we show that the family of all s*g--open subsets of a topological space ) ,X(  from a topology on X which is finer than  . Also , we study the characterizations and basic properties of s*g-open sets and s*g--closed sets . Moreover, we use these sets to define and study a new class of functions, namely , s*g-  -continuous functions and s*g-  -irresolute functions in topological spaces . Some properties of these functions have been studied .
